We first tried to build our dream home with Monarch about 5 years ago however the market didn't allow for us to sell our current home. Fortunately recently the market changed and we were FINALLY able to build with Monarch. Our dream home is now a reality! Not only is our home exactly what we envisioned but the entire process was flawless. The home Monarch recently constructed for us exceeded our expectations. Our home is extremely well-built and everyone that works for Monarch is skilled, friendly, professional, and helpful. They offered great suggestions along the way and we greatly valued their professional input. The subcontractors that Monarch works with were excellent as well. What a great company and staff. Shawn and Joel were/are great to work with. Eric made things easy to understand and was always on the ball. Vanessa of their office was always available, efficient and professional. We moved here from California so the build occurred while we still lived out of state. Monarch Custom Homes has built two homes for us and we would not hesitate to have them build another. Joel and Shawn were very professional throughout the planning and building process giving many helpful suggestions which made our home everything we wanted.
