Atlas Building Group was built in 2016 on a foundation of trusted friendship between Nick Forsberg and Kenny Debaene. They brought their unique set of skills to the company with their own history in the industry.

Coeur d' Alene's newest waterfront community located West of Riverstone along the Spokane River with trails and water access just steps away. The entire project will include residential, commercial, multifamily development and open parks/public space. While we are working towards private boat slips and hope to achieve this, we do not have an answer yet or a timeline from the city.

My Atlas Building Group home is spectacular! Atlas takes pride in building quality custom homes. I could not be more pleased with Nick, Kenny and the back office throughout the entire process.
Nick was more than happy to jump in and help us with some initial design challenges we faced, and his experience and expertise showed in the final layout. Nick was very easy to communicate with and explained how the process would move forward and what we should expect.

We purchased a newly built Atlas home. We are pleased with the quality design and construction, attention to detail in their builds, and attentiveness and follow-through to customer requests. Building a house versus buying a home are two completely different beasts. Building a home, there are so many decisions to make that you would never have thought of if you were buying an already existing home but luckily we found Atlas Building Group. Atlas Building Group from start to finish were amazing. They had a detailed timeframe that they stuck to and was informative in every step. They also gave us the freedom to take on items such as taking care of all the waste and doing the basement floors. We are so pleased that Atlas Building Group built our home. The quality of the entire house is top notch. We appreciate the attention to detail in all aspects from the custom wood work to the superior finishes. Nick and Kenny are professional, accessible, honest and knowledgable. We just moved into our new home that Atlas Building Group built for us. I love it! When I first planned on starting this project I heard horror stories from my friends and family! I was expecting delays and budget challenges, but happily encountered neither. They where able to work all through the winter with no delays. Nick and Kenny discussed the process with me and where easy to contact during the duration. Any "add on" was ran by me first and I had no hidden costs. We came in right at budget. The whole process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Atlas!

Atlas Building Group built my home 2+ years ago in Riverstone and I couldn't have been happier. It was completed on time and in budget. They were always available and answered any questions/concerns that came up. I was also very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their sub-contractors. I'm currently working with them again on the build of my next house!

Atlas building group built our family's first home. Their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. They gave thought into even the smallest details of our home to ensure it was perfect for us. Both kenny and nick were great with communicating to us what was going on and it was easy to get in touch with them when we had questions or ideas.
