After dealing with some bs contractor that left gas leaks Benji from Calif. plumbing was able to come in and identify all the leaks. Benji knows what he’s talking about and is able to explain it in layman’s terms, I greatly appreciate that. I have an old house and most workers want to offer help that isn’t necessary at the moment. Benji didn’t try that. I’ll be calling them for the next gas or water issue. I’m happy I found them.

There was a bathtub leak and they came for repair. Tech tried to charge $1500 for repair, when the only issue was a $20 leaking tub spout. Tried to tell me the shower valve was bad and too old and needed replacement and the tile had to be cut out. The valve is a Moen and only 3 yrs old and was in perfect condition. Repairman tried to scare me saying he will report to the HOA unless I allowed the billing. VERY dishonest company that tries to screw you and then threaten you. Watch out !

Can't say enough great things about this team. Our gas was shut off for over a week while waiting on another company to send us a quote. I finally called California Plumbing and they were able to come out right away, gave me a great quote, and started the same day. Benji was awesome and went above and beyond with the work done, explanation of everything, and being available. He even came back the next day to make sure everything was working for our inspection with SDG&E. Will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs!

Benji Escale of California Plumbing came to provide an estimate for 2 repairs - low hot water pressure with the tub/shower and a chronically slow-to-drain bathroom sink. During estimation, he was able to diagnose the problems quickly and determined that no new parts were needed and that they were easy fixes. I asked him if he can go ahead and do the repairs and he was able to complete the repairs during the same visit.

After a long, arduous search for a same day plumber, California Plumbers tech, Chico, came out. Excellent overall communication from the office to the tech about special entrance instructions. My toilet/shower/clog was extremely serious and disastrous. After a careful diagnosis from Chico M. (tech), my finances were out of reach to complete the work. However, I still received an excellent quote, based on the amount of work involved and feedback from other relatives' experiences. Rather than shoot in the dark in the future, I will be calling CA Plumb. for their honesty and punctuality in customer

I was in a pinch and needed to have some emergency work done. I spoke with Rachel at their office and was reassured that my problem would be taken care of promptly. She was super friendly and was able to schedule the repair. When the technician arrived they were not only professional but also personable and very knowledgeable. Chico was super polite, professional, and helpful! He communicates clearly, so I could understand what had to be done. He welded an extension, and replaced our patio hose bib which would not shut off. In the past, we greatly overpaid for plumbing. California Plumbing charged a very fair price. Gas, & Water. Install two New tankless heater. Fixed leaks in exiting gas line for main house, install pressure regulator, & pressure relief tank.
I found the all the work of Workman type Manor. The Price was fair and equitable. California Plumbing has all the latest equipment, and the job
went smoothly and on time. The billing was clear, and reflected the the work that was performed

From the first request for information they were prompt and professional. I received a reminder notifications the day before and prior to arrival. Benji arrived and quickly looked at everything I needed. Within just a short while he was able to provide me an estimate for the handful of plumbing issues I needed worked on. We were able to come to an agreement for those items and he got straight to work. I did find one of the items to be a little too expensive for me at this time so we decided just not to do that one. My experience with this company was a nightmare and is costing me thousands of dollars to remedy my problem. I hired California Plumbing to perform a sewer camera inspection as a final check before moving forward with a home purchase. Aaron, the owner, hastily performed the inspection and reported there were no issues. At that time I took his verbal report and his statement on his receipt (provided in attached photos) as dependable proof that the plumbing was in good condition. Our building hired then to do a piping job and were mislead by their glowing reviews on Yelp as we now know. All of these 5 stars must be from their friends and family members.
From the beginning we saw that their work was sloppy and careless. They cut irregular holes in our walls and wanted to run the new pipes on the outside of our walls which was ridiculous and we had to fight them on that. They caused multiple water
