One of the most kind and professional businesses you'll ever work with. Mike and team replaced out garage door and couldn't not have been more of a pleasure to work with. They even went above and beyond to suggest an alternate trim for our door once installed and replaced it at no cost. I can't recommend them enough.

Had a broken spring on our garage door and gave West Coast Overhead Door a call. We received a call from Mike on 8/2/21 and he asked all pertinent questions to get the door repaired. He asked what day was good for us and scheduled us for 8/3 with a window of 9-11 AM. He showed up at 9:30 with a smile and asked to see the door. He assessed it and got right to work. He was done in 30 minutes and even looked at the garage door button because I told him it sticks at times. He said he didn't have one on his truck but gave me info on getting a new one. A DEFINITE 5 STARS!!!
I have old heavy garage doors that has been "repaired" by a couple of other companies in the past. Oddly enough other "things" were found wrong or accord that needed additional repairs. I was never satisfied and felt like I kept getting taken advantage of. I was sick of the same old issues reoccurring and had enough. I asked my friend who is a contractor for a garage repair reference and he gave me West Coast Overhead Door. I was pleased from the start! Mike was very polite and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He gave me options as far as fixing

Awesome guys. I had them install my new opener 8 years ago and loved that service and expertise. Super happy with what they installed.
So jump forward 8 years ... I had a spring break on my garage door yesterday... didn't figure it out until I got home from work late last night. WE'RE HAPPY CAMPERS!!
One phone call and 2 days later the job DONE! They had a cancellation, call us to reschedule, which was for the next day.
Apparently, they are well known here, at the HILLVIEW ESTATES IN SANTA PAULA.

I can't believe they only have 12 reviews. I interviewed 3 companies and lucky for me, I found Mike to replace our doors. Mike came out to our house 2x before we finally selected our door. He took a lot of time to show me all of my options and even pointed out that the size of our door was not standard. This affected our decision and I can only imagine the problems I would have had with the other companies, one who did not measure and one who never came out to the house at all.
Mike is a hard worker and a detail person. I wish I could use him for all of our construction projects.

Mike gave an estimate over the phone and it was very reasonible compared to his competitors. Mike was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in his profession. He wore a mask (covid) the entire time he was working. The work was done in a timely matter. After my job, Mike was able to work on my neighbors garage. Neighbor was also very happy with his work. I would and will recommend his company to anyone who needs garage door work done.

Mike and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. We got about 5 different quotes and he was the most helpful and knowledgeable. He had great recommendations and you could tell he cared about giving the customer a good experience. This is rare to find these days! It was totally refreshing to work with mike and his team. They were on time, showed lots of different garage door images on an actual picture of our house. On the day of installation, they were very clean and nice to work with. Everything was explained throughly and kindly. We absolutely love our door!! Couldn't be happier

My garage door has been getting cranky. It is sagging, will stop half way up and makes horrible rattling sounds. So I called my property manager (Laurie who basically is terrific, knowledgeable and highly recommended if you need somebody to manage any properties you may own) who gave me the name of Mike at West Coast Overhead Doors.
Mike and I played phone tag trying to set up an appointment to fix my door. Well, we finally got together yesterday. He diagnosed everything, replaced the springs, reinforced the sagging door and lo and behold, I have an operable and quiet garage door!
