I recently purchased a new used car. This car only came with one key. Since it is always nice to have spares, I purchased some OEM keys online and went to Colonial Lock Service to have them cut and programed. The woman manning the counter when I first arrived was very nice and polite. The gentleman who programed my keys for me was very nice and professional. My car was being stubborn, but the locksmith was able to successfully program the keys and actually showed me how to do it myself in the future without a computer. I will definitely be going back for any future locksmith needs. They were awesome

This is the best Lock Service Company around. I just had three sets of keys made, Charlie was the fellow that got the job done. The price was more than fair and you will not get service like this at the big box stores. Some of my keys were unusual and it was not an issue. Professional all the way!

These guys are the bomb! My ignition switch was stuck and my husband thought we would need a new one. Called to schedule colonial to come out, $300-$500 for the service call. YIKES! The tech suggested what I would call a gorilla maneuver involving WD40 a screwdriver and a rubber mallet but hey it worked. Who am I to judge? Eventually we'll probably have to get it replaced but at 240,000 miles I can't complain.

I will never use again. Needed a car key fob programmed and associated key cut. Programming went without an issue. After two attempts, key still would not work. I did not allot over an hour for such a simple job and had to leave. I was told to bring a new blank in and they would cut it. You think they would have offered to fix their mistake.

After banging my head against the wall because I forgot my combination I called said company. I was completely shocked to be told to save my money and just drill it open. I was given a fair price to retrieve the combo from the safe manufacturers and was blown away with the complete honesty and non pushy attitude from their employee. In a few hours I was picking up my combo and walking out. They could have easily raked me over the coals, but they didnt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any type of lock/key work done.

There was great service here! My wife and I came here because we needed to get a key for a roof rack on our car which needed to be taken off to be transported. We were stressed but the man here was super relaxed and organized the key within a few minutes of our arrival. We couldn't be happier with his attitude, and he made us smile for the first time thst day. Thanks again!

Wow, talk about great customer service. Called Colonial for the very first time when the lock on our front door came apart into pieces. Within 4 hours from the phone call, the lock was repaired and functioned better than when it was initially installed. Prompt, professional customer service at its best!
