The plumber is a sales person in disguise. Very good presentation in an attempt to lock up your money into monthly payments to an account that can only be used for plumbing for their service. This, coupled with the outrageous price of over $1900.00 to replace a leaky faucet. When I said no because that is outrageous, he asked what I was expecting? I said less than the entire water heater, including the water heater that I had installed by 4 seasons plumbing!! He prayed on my wifesignorance in this area as well. Needless to say I got it repaired the same day for $230 in about 45 minutes worth

I agree with previous reviews. If I could they would get 0 stars. They gave an estimate for over $800 for a job that's been done in the past for $125 . They're a business that I'd never recommend and if you ask for an approximate estimate prior to them coming out they tell you they have no clue, yet show up with a company book with all of the estimates. They just want to charge $79 to look at a job and give an outlandish price hoping that people will go for it because you've already spent $79 just for them to drive out. This is a company with no integrity.

Highly under impressed with Yes plumbing. They are your horrible type plumbers that you charge double the service fee to drive there then gouge you with an estimate to even look around. In my case I had what ended up being a simple fix and they charged $80 just to come out, looked around for a couple minutes then proceeded to tell me it would be $597 to troubleshoot the problem. That's $680 before any repair work would be done. I told him to please leave that is ridiculous.
For comparison I called another plumber (Reichelt) that was awesome and came out for $40 and didn't charge anything

I contacted Yes Plumbing who operate in Indiana, to replace a hose for my washing machine. The hose alone might cost $11.00 max from what I have seen at stores. I was charged $600.00 total just to replace a simple hose. The worker produced what they call their "black book" to come up with the cost for labor and installation. I have reason to believe that this business uses this "black book" as a way to rip off their customers. Pricing in the book seemed unusually high.
In addition to this cost, I was charged another $600.00 to replace a gasket for a sink. Again, no quote

I was desperate! My husband noted that the sump pump had gone out. Told me to get a plumber pronto. I found YES! $79 for a service call and $2000 for their cheapest sump installed. We are selling our house and did not need a flood as we are remodeling the basement so we've been conned out of 2g's. My sister's sump pump died a week later and her plumber charged $700. My niece is a plumber in Michigan and her standard rate is $495 including installation and a five year warranty.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE! They provided a quote for $1,900 unless I signed up for their $15.95 plan. Signing up for the plan would reduce the fee to $1,600. I got two other quotes which ranged between $400 and $500. Both other estimate were also provided by licensed bonded plumbers. The quote they provided included rodding out the sewer line instead of the cleanout, so they could charge an additional $595. This company is a scam!

I have had them in the house twice, each time arriving on-time and very professional. The needed work is explained to them, and then they reach for a book. In the book are all pre-determined "union" hourly rates. You are required to sign before any of the work begins. Even if it takes them 15 mins, but the book told them 45 mins; guess what you have already agreed too? Your charged the 45 mins of time. Your better off negotiating an hourly rate with them, if possible; and keeping the idle chit chat to a minimum.

I can't say anything about the quality of work that yes plumbing does because I didn't make it past the appointment set up. I was on the phone for a half hour and the man I spoke with could not figure out how to schedule an appointment, completely ridiculous! I just told him not to bother I would find someone else and after seeing the other reviews I'm glad I did. If they can't even train their staff to schedule appointments properly I'm afraid of the quality of work they would do on my plumbing. Also, just an f.y.i. they charge $115 extra if you want an hour time slot

I represent a local fitness club here in the Chicagoland area... We had a main sewer back-up, that caused issues in our locker rooms/childcare area. I called YES! Plumbing to take care of the problem. The tech took care of the clog.
My issue with them, was their clean-up. It clearly states on the truck " Maid-Like Clean-Up " or your service call is free.
The tech left with marks from his rodder on the ceramic tiles in the childcare bathroom, roots from his rodder clearly all over the floor as well. The rod tube he used was thrown onto the carpeted area, as he rodded. Clearly contaminants

They installed a (really crummy) sump pump to my senior citizen parents for $1500 and claimed that they were giving them a special offer only if they agree to it at that moment then and there so they could contact their boss to do that favor and there was no going back! And on top of that, joining a "discount club" or something like that. It's really a shame that my dad fell for it. I would never, ever and I mean NEVE3R reccomend Yes Plumbing to my worst enemy! For a very, very simple job that I found out later, should have cost about $300 at the most, they charged me $1257.20!!! I am a 77 year old woman with a husband who has alzrimers , so I have to make all decisions. I had no idea at the time the work was done that I was being way over charged! When the worker told me the price I thought that was what anyone would have charged and I had to have it done, so I signed the bill to charge it . We had a horrible experience. After our horrible experience the manager came out to explain that their guarantee only applied to future services. So even if we were unhappy with the work already done, we'd have to get more work done to get the discount for the guarantee.
They were really nice and knowledgeable up front, but then didn't even use a camera before performing an expensive procedure on a drain we knew was clogged permanently. It felt like they were just trying to tack on service after service.

We recently had a sewer drain clog and based on reviews and a welcome letter and coupon received when we moved in, I decided to call Yes! Plumbing. The gentleman that came was very nice and knowledgeable, he was courteous (with the booties and all), but then we got down to business.
