Worst company every I called and called and never answered. Finally got through and I just wanted to touch bases make sure I had everything I needed, lady (Renee) said we will call you when we get your things super rude, unprofessional. I just wanted to know about my own things. We couldn’t answer our email and so our date got pushed back and basically said sorry not my problem, you can either come pick it up yourself or wait for next availability (we’ve been on island for going on two months) like how. IF YOU CAN SWITCH YOUR CARRIER OR DELIVERY!! WORST EVER!! If I can give her a -100 rating

I called the number listed on their website and was told they don't do storage. Despite what was listed on their website, I asked her again and she asked me if I was military and she said they only do storage for military. I hung up and called back hoping to speak to a manager. I asked the worker if they in fact only service military and he said no, you reached the military division. He gave me a different number and when I called them I asked for pricing to store two pallets today - preferably within the next hour and the lady said that there was no one available to tell me the costs and

Update: received a check for the remote (just the cost of the remote, not the tax or shipping to have it sent to me)..... but doesn't change the rest of the negative experience with this company, still wouldn't recommend them.
After being in the Military for nearly 7 years then moving a few times as a civilian, this was by far the worst move I have ever experienced. They missed an entire cabinet in my kitchen, nothing was packed with care more like thrown into boxes really, and then when it arrived at my destination as they were unpacking they either lost or threw away the remote to my Bose sound

I had a refrigerator delivered on Saturday that I ordered from Lowe's and had a little anxiety thinking that it would just be dropped off. Being that we are older and not able to even push a broom, we were pleasantly surprised that 3 young strong men arrived with a big smile and positive attitude, not sure if I got their names right.. Tristan, Dee and Kise, you guys were awesome.
They took the time to unwrap and ask what side we wanted it to open, and showed my husband how to do it in case he wanted to move it later. They handled it carefully and made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted

I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe's last week and it was delivered by Coleman Hawaii this past Saturday. I big big shout out
to Kise for trying so very hard to get my old hose off the pipe. It was there for over 25 years and very rusted and he told me I may have to call a plumber. Needless to say I was so bummed since I really wanted to start using the new washer. For whatever reason he went back and tried one more time and got it off. Then when the hose to the wall did not fit he attached it to basin for me. Yippee!!! Then there was Hua who had to struggle to get the vent from

Benji and his team have helped me with several small to medium sized moving jobs, most recently my personal move, which involved a flight of almost 90 stairs. I was amazed at how fast and efficient his team was - it was almost hair raising to watch how quickly they dispatched large items and boxes down the stairs given the challenging footing. Upon arriving at the new place, the process went even faster and they unloaded everything in about 30 minutes, even while taking my direction on where to put things. I did most of the packing myself, but had them wrap up several pieces of artwork and vintage

These guys don't care about your stuff. They are slow and lazy. They crammed my couch on top of several fragile boxes and I asked if they could use the empty container next to it and come to find out it's a company policy that they will get paid less if they have spill over into another container so they will sacrifice secured/quality packing and try to cram everything into the least amount of containers as possible. They also dropped multiple items in front of me and broke a couple of them and didn't even apologize for it. Use someone else the only reason the Government contracts

First day of our PCS and I'm impressed! We had Noel, Poti, Hanz, and Herman show up on time and were very professional the entire day. They made moves on getting our home packed up and ready to ship. I'm not worried about things being broken since they actually ran out of padding! Thank you for making our move a little less stressful!

I went with this Company on the recommendation of a business associate, and I am grateful for that. The crew of 3 were very professional, methodical, and friendly in their delivery and installation of my new kitchen appliances. They went for perfection, remained for over 3 hours to be sure that outgoing appliances were correctly disconnected and moved out, and new incoming items were correctly and perfectly installed, all the while mindful of the care of my hardwood floors.

Had a military move with them. They complained the entire time about having to put furniture back together, which is in the government contract. I helped moved furniture because they were so lazy they couldn’t help each other. While the boss drove the truck back to get more crates, they laid down and slept in the garage instead of unpacking or… putting furniture together. They started cussing in front of my wife and kids about having to do their job. They couldn’t figure out how to put together simple night stands without directions. Pure laziness. They had two jobs schedule

The Coleman Team was highly professional and efficient. The Packing Lead, Noel, dynamically engineered the complex flow of packing hundreds of small, valuable household goods and dozens of high-value items. His right hand packer/mover, Popi, was dynamite during the 2-day, intense activity of packing and loading even with inclement weather imposing on this move, and he packed and moved items faster and better than I've ever experienced in many moves. You can read my full review on Yelp. I had a military move with them and they were unprofessional, lazy and their management and customer service is rude. Didn’t show up on time. Took three days to pack a two day house. They don’t use boxes and containers appropriate for fragile items but just wrap everything in paper. Items were damaged, lost and… they were kind enough to pack their garbage like empty soda bottles and used napkins in with our stuff which we found when we unpacked. If you are in the military and get assigned this company call the transportation office immediately

Moving our stuff from Alabama to Hawaii was great. Nothing was broken, got there in a timely manner and the movers were great! Leaving Hawaii wasn’t so great. Day of the move they were late, we waited and waited. Finally called and they changed the time but didn’t tell us the new time came and still no one was there called again. The lady at the… office didn’t tell the drivers about our stop so they were across town. By now it’s 3pm! Finally get there the two men were nice and got right to work. Got it all loaded up and closed the crates. We left Hawaii in December

Well it's been a few days shy of 2 months and I just received my household goods. I didn't realize how poor of a job Coleman Hawaii did until I interacted with the moving company in Georgia upon receiving my goods. The movers here took their time and were polite and courteous and cautious of all the movements and actions.
Hawaii Movers were the complete opposite.

They lost everything I had in storage with them. That's over 600 lbs of stuff all gone. Their only explanation is "sorry we tried to look for it, but the results were negative". They didn't mind collecting storage fees for the past nine years to keep it safe though.
Store your stuff with them at your own risk. Now I got to deal with their claims process, which will probably not even give me half of what I had lost.

If you're anything like me, you are lazy when it comes to packing. I DETEST packing, and can take days to pack a single suitcase just because I dread it so much! Enter colemans!!! (Cue: Hallelujah chorus)
