JJs Window Services started in the city of Dallas in 1986 by two lifelong friends who already had a combined experience of 25 years in the window industry between them.
After many successful years, Just Window Services, our sister company in Houston was established in 1997. In 2005, we reopened our Austin branch and began expanding into residential and commercial installation and contract glazing.

Our home had a large number of windows where the double glazed sealed units had failed (frames were fine). The manufacturer sent replacement glass units under warranty, but we were on our own for the install. JJ's came as a recommendation from the builders warehouse team, so I called and they arranged for a tech to come within a couple of days to quote. On the day of the appointment, Adolfo turned up on time and said that he would get details to the office for a quote. He also mentioned that if I was happy with the price, he could install that same day. I was a little skeptical as we had a total

Tom and Raquel are just wonderful people. I sold my home and the inspection required that all screens be installed, one was damaged beyond repair. I called the window company and they said that series of windows is no longer made and they had no screens. They say JJ's Window Service might be able to help. I called and Raquel was very understand and contact Tom, the owner. Tom said let me look, so he went through his warehouse of screens and windows and found several.
Tom told me that if I picked them up, there would be NO cost. I am extremely grateful for everything Tom and Raquel did for me.

So far our experience with this company has been less than impressive. Long story short, this company was supposed to install two windows for us but when the technician came he only had one. This is a bit frustrating because this company will not set up an appointment time but rather gives you a five hour window as to when the technician could come to do the install and we had waited the full five hours on this day. About a week later the office scheduled called to let us know the second window had arrived and wanted to give us another five hour install time frame. We asked for a two hour window

My husband and I had a pretty unsavory experience with JJ Window Services yesterday. We had an appointment scheduled (which I called and confirmed) to have a window replaced between 12-5 PM. My husband stayed home during that time anticipating his arrival. Technician calls at 4:20 PM to tell my husband he’d be there soon. When I got home at 5:30 PM the technician had not arrived yet, so my husband tried calling the technician but no answer and voicemail wasn’t set up. I tried calling the office for JJ Window but their voicemail box was full and could not reach any extension. Technician calls

So this journey to JJ's started 5 Months ago when I had a Window Delivered to a New Construction project and it was already broken. MI was the window Company and ABC was the Supplier. It took me a few months to get the Supplier to order the replacement and have Glass Doctors show up to install on 7/12. Glass Doctors Broke the replacement window during the install. So ABC and Glass Doctors spend the last few months either avoiding me or pinning blame on the other, meanwhile I have built 4 houses and have one under contract and still a broken window. For our estimate quote day they did not show 3 times. I had to call each time and ask them what happened. They said the ticket did not make it to the repair guy. They did give us a good price compared to the rest. Today they were scheduled to install us from 1-5 pm and did not show. They left my wife and kids at home waiting for them to come all afternoon. I called in and they said again that the ticket did not get to their repair guy. So unhappy.

Excellent service! One of our large arch windows got broken during construction, and they fixed it very quickly. Elaine (sp?) in the office is very friendly and helpful. They also resolved an issue we had with the rush fee, much to my satisfaction. Because of that, we will definitely be calling JJ's for all our window and glass repair needs. I will also recommend them to our friends and family.
