Had a recall on my caddy little long to wait on parts but not overall to bad so take it in have the job done service was great and then needed tires& battery so unexpected cost but it's wear&tear so it has to be done it was to take longer then a day to get tires in so they give me a lower to get back& forth to work so tks for that the only draw back I had was the cost of the install of the battery not the price of the battery but just to put it in two cables maybe 10 minutes at most and they changed 60 bucks otherwise my overall experience was good thanks for taking care of me & my car

The service manager, Jeff, did not seem to have much expertise in car mechanics, parts, or what was truly necessary to fix my buick cascada. After researching this particular engine, the parts that he said were necessary, and how to go about fixing the fuel injector issue, I seemed to know more than him. I truly believe Palmen Buick did what many dealers do and did unnecessary, additional work in order to bring the cost of fixing my car up significantly. I am looking into this further. I almost never received a return phone same day. That was very frustrating.

1 hour and 45 minute oil change. This was my first time here. We had moved to this area and I was hoping to find a new place to get an oil change. I will not be coming back. There was no reason it should've taken this long. I had to cancel a work appointment because of this. The only reason I came was because of a coupon... so the pricing is great... if you have time. The least that could've been done was to communicate so I would've been able to drop of my car with a ride. Also no warning it would take this long. Or any update on how long it'd take as I was sitting there. After 1 hour and 30 mins
