By far the fastest experience buying a car you'll ever have. Walked in to reserve a car I inquired about that was being manufactured. Working with Gracie, I was able to put down a deposit and walk out the door in <15 minutes! Three weeks later when I went to pick up the car, I spent <20 minutes with Eric in the finance office! That's unheard of! Whatever company gives out awards for dealerships should create an award for "Dealer that Values Customer's Time the Most" and hand it to this dealer.

Strike 1 - 10/21 I go to purchase a vehicle on their website. It doesn't exist. Salesman, DANNY LOPEZ, talks me into buying a van. For hours, the finance guy is going back and forth about what he wants. The loan isn't the issue although he's got quite the ego, so he really pushes how he had to "work" to get a "3.86 rate". Ok, um, let's not forget, I HAVE HAD 15 HONDA LOANS WITH PERFECT PAYMENTS despite my credit score so that may have an impact but no no -it's all YOU. I THINK the deal is done. They send the porter to

Many months ago i had a bad experience here and ended up getting quite upset when i came to pick up my vehicle. looking back i'm sure the whole situation had something to do with covid/being understaffed/etc. and ultimately i forgot about this ordeal and just recently scheduled an oil change which i just had today.
i would like to mention alan personally who checked me in and communicated with me today. he was so kind and actually remembered me from the prior situation. he asked me about it and then when i received my paperwork he had taken off the charge for the oil change because he said

What a great place to buy a car. Our sales person Danny Kim was unbelievable. At no point did we feel pressured to buy or have the typical pushy dealership experience. Danny was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable. Muller Honda has a family atmosphere clearly evident from the warmth of the staff. Brian (Business Mgr) and Don were also a pleasure to deal with and the hospitality felt real.
We leased a Honda Passport and will certainly go back to Danny and his team for our next vehicle.

I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. My significant other had the whole process done over the phone. It was a free commission for the salesman. He had no customer service. Wore sunglasses the entire time. Our deal was done with a promise of a part repair and our refunded money for the hold on the vehicle . Which he did neither....I had to call with no word from the salesman. I ended up contacting the manager to get my refund and the part ordered. Then they wanted to charge me for the part. Its been nothing but a run around when they did no work at all in this sale/purchase. Really

It now sits as I work to save enough money to fix a car so it's reliable

Osvaldo Fajardo and Phil Demaio are the two guys I worked with for my car buying experience. From the moment I walked in Osvaldo treated me like a human from the get go. He was respectful of my situation bent over backwards to help me and made sure I got the car that I wanted with the luxuries that I was wanting. Phil gave me a better payment plan than any other lot I had been to while making sure I got to still get the car I was wanting.
If I'm still in the area when I feel like upgrading I will insist on working with these two again.

I got an appointment when I wanted. They service my vehicle and ordered the parts I need. I am waiting for them to call so that I can get done what needs to be done.
I was extremely disappointed, however, with the lack of personal responsibility exhibited by several employees, particularly in the cashiers's office. Not one of the people in the office wore masks. I also saw several employees within the showroom who were either maskless or were not wearing masks correctly.
To the credit of the workers who greeted me in the service area, they all wore masks and wore them properly.

Satisfied with Muller Honda. I've had my 2018 certified preowned car for 4 months and I was just told by a local tire company in Libertyville that I needed new tires by winter. My CRV has only 26,000 miles on it. I barely drive 1 mile to and from work every day. I even took it to the Libertyville Honda and they recommended that I get my tires changed out by winter. When I took my car in Jason in service at Mullet measured it and said I still had 40% tire left. Spoke with Terry in sales and he said at the time Of purchase, they did meet the qualifications of a certified preowned.

Called to verify availability of car seen online and spoke to PAT. Pat refused to provide pricing unless I gave him my phone number. He did however provide me with sarcasm, lousy attitude and overall distain. So, if you want to have some add-ons with your car purchase..make sure to call Muller and talk to PAT. Really pissed. This is the second time I've had my S2K in for a specific service. Once again, they didnt have the parts needed, even after asking them to make sure the parts were going to be available for this visit. An hour and a half later, they pulled my car back around, at which point they once again didn't have the parts. Never going back.

While I appreciate that the gentleman who was helping me was talking to me and not my male friend and looked at me when answering my questions was great because I am a female and I've had bad experiences with other salesmen ignoring me.
However the used cars are overpriced and you're better off getting a brand new Honda. The man helping me also seemed to get frustrated with us and the manager was no help either. You want people to buy your cars but you're not working with them right?
The search for a new car continues and this place will not be getting my business.

Bought 2 cars in 1 month brand new.
No one even came close to there price in 350 miles from where I am.Went to 3 other dealership,everyone offered lower price on phone and once there price changes at least Pat D'Rosa was upfront.Negotiation was there but no one was able to beat there price.First time buying Honda,Gave 1 free oil change.2 months passed as of right now no issues.

I bought a used Honda here w/extended warranty, and all was fine and great. A year later I went back to cancel the unused portion of the warranty. Finance would initiate the necessary paperwork. When I stopped by for cancellation, it was the same finance guy who helped with the purchase. He was visibly annoyed by my presence, like I had interrupted his day. I did got my warranty canceled but can't forget his attitude.

We recently leased a 2017 Honda HR-V (a great small SUV/Crossover) from Muller Honda. Our sales representative, Alan, just couldn't have been more helpful to us. We got a true hands on demonstration of the features of the car when we were still shopping. The particular car that we wanted wasn't in stock, but Alan checked the incoming shipments and found what we were interested in.
After delivery Alan made sure that we were comfortable with the operation of the car and that we were satisfied with our choice. Alan genuinely seems enthusiastic about Honda's products and it is refreshing
