Really kind and informative staff. They were able to get my wife and I a good rate and low payments on a used vehicle. As well as some good pointers to a quick payoff. The most pleasant car purchasing experience ever – no pressure, no haggling, no sales pitches - just honest, sincere and down to earth people the entire time. Toyota of Fox Lake’s E-Quote, for the same vehicle, was far better than the local dealer’s 3 hour, bait and switch sales pitch deal. I traded in a Truck for a Rav4 Hybrid. I am giving one stars not because of their sales pitch. But their service department, and followups.
I got the car, drove it home, no issues. The following morning there was a horrific screeching noise coming from the Driver’s side brakes. I called the dealership on one of my breaks at work and they said to… bring it in. I brought the car in, and they told me it was morning dew…park it inside a garage and see if it does it then. So i park inside my garage, still makes this awful noise…I call again, and they say they will call me

Worst experience ever. Bait and switch pricing, poor communication, very slow. Tried to sell me some deal where they put stickers on the frame of the car in the event it gets stolen for $299. Insisted all cars they sell must get paint protection for $2,400. Not one good thing to say and I have never left a bad review for any business.

Went here on two occasions. Both times the sales manager was kinda rude. Almost like he was doing me a favor by selling me a car at sticker price. I was looking for a specific car that they showed on the website but didn't actually have. When I got to the dealership he said if I bought the car they had on the lot he would knock off 2k from the… price, he said because it was the end of the month and they needed to make their quota. I told him I needed to talk to my wife about it since it wasn't the one we wanted. I told him we would come back. We went back 4 days later and he no longer wanted

Good experience purchasing my 2020 RAV 4 at Fox Lake Toyota. Fair and easy negotiation with Manager Rick Farbo and excellent hustle by Salesman Trevor Rowe made for a smooth transaction.
