I’ve been a customer for seven years.I have purchased two commercial vehicles here and I have had my trucks serviced here but today, I had a quote for a radiator work in my truck and they gave me a price that it was a rip off that’s just 100% a rip off, they told me $2,250 just to change my radiator. I WILL NEVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE ANY MORE.

The people are nice, but it's still the usual waiting several hours for something that "will only be an hour." Be sure to avoid their "bumper to bumper and gap insurance" that you can get from your current insurance. It doesn't cover wear and tear. So, it's really more about them pocketing money to drive up your monthly cost.
I initially got my car as a lease, and then financed it out. Suffice to say, it was a long wait both times for moving any paperwork around. I advise that you do your best to haggle if you want to get the right price. If it says Gary Lang on the back, you still might have

I received exceptional service from their Service Advisor Sam Price and Service Tech Michael Conway
I had taken my wife Buick in for service at a different dealer who had always done all the work needless to say I came to Gary Lang because the other dealer let me down

Sam and Michael took great care in explaining and showing me why the repair work was necessary which gave me full confidence in them correcting the problems and was glad I brought the vehicle into Gary Lang for service Sam and Michael are my new guys!

I leased my brand new Kia Sorento here and while the Matt with sales was wonderful, I came home with a leaking windshield fluid reservoir. Not his fault at all, just something that happened.

I brought it in to be fixed and they said they it was but it's not. It's still leaking.

Went to Gary Lang looking to test drive a few used cars. Decided to try a new one on the lot. Was asked 4 times if the price was right would we buy today. After saying no the first 3 times we finally said maybe. That's when we were told the car we were negotiating was already sold! Went home talked about it and looked online at the same car different Color. The sticker was actually more than the other one but several thousand dollars cheaper because it was "Gary's special". If I could leave zero stars, I would. I don't want to waste time going into details, but what I will say is that NO employee there has an honest bone in they're arrogant bodies. The way you can tell if they're lying to you is, if they're lips are moving. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes, and absolutely no respect for customers at all. I was basically told to go elsewhere if I didn't like it. TRUST ME. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE TO BUY A VEHICLE. FOR YOUR SANITY, DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING!

Terrible. Called multiple people to make sure the car I was ready to buy was in the lot! They told me they had it and even ran my credit over the phone to make sure I was going to be approved and able to buy it by the time I got there. Drove 60 min to get there, and they acted stupid when I told them I was there for the car we had been speaking about! Then they of course tried to show me other cars. Left immediately. Very sneaky and completely unorganized salespersons !

I would just like to thank Gary Lang Auto group for being the absolute worst dealership around. I went in looking to buy a 2021 Subaru WRX STI limited with the sticker price of around $39,000. First I was told I can't test drive the car because of the "power they have". I moved past that and then tried to make a deal. They sent a manager out to appraise my truck (apparently it was one of the Langs) and he came back with a number so low it was insulting, and said they will not move off that price. I have never experienced such level of completed incompetence and moral ineptitude that Gary Lang shows.

To start Jeff Vicari specifically is a snake who added thousands extra onto my bill and took advantage of me. I specifically told him no less than 10 times I did not want anything additional added onto the car. I was fine as is. He added a 2000 paint package. I tried to have it removed immediately after noticing the charge. I was told because it was a warranty it could be removed. Well 2 days went by and I called and they told me they wouldn't remove

I'm sorry I never give bad reviews unless warranted. I purchased a used 2014 Chevy Terrain, two weeks after getting it, not even paid first payment, the entire A.C. Went down. They did repair that, 4 weeks later the car overheated and they wanted to charge 150.00 which, after calling they did defend this. Next e we received a call and they said it was the waterpump, and wants 1100.00 to repair it. I did checking and the cost was 500. Stay away from this dealer unless you like being taken. TERRIBLE COMPANY

If you are looking to purchase a car or use the service center at Gary Lang, be sure to have a man with you so you are treated like a human with a functioning brain. I'll spare you the long 10 day service details, but I will tell you that Greg S. is the reason I will never return to Gary Lang ever. After I left the service center (almost 3 weeks ago now) it was quite obvious that I was upset... I have had multiple reccurances with Gary Lang on how my vehicle was being serviced. I would get very fustrated with the deficiency of quality service along with the insufficiency of customer satisfactory standards. However; I must say this though, Tim (GMC, Cadillac Manager) was able to turn things around immediately when he caught wind of my situation. Tim personally contacted me and took the time to listen to my concerns and discrepancies. He then came up with alternative solutions and was able to successfully executed it in a timely manner. About a year ago we went to Gary Lang and had a really horrible experience. Because of this, we left without purchasing a car. They have a great GM service dept. Over the last 18 years, this is where I have taken my cars/trucks and never once had to return because something wasn't fixed right. Yes, their labor rate is higher than the independents, but, they have the right equipment and training to get the job done right and quicker.
