I found the perfect vehicle for my family but couldn't come and pick it up for two days because it was a four hour drive for me. Bill, the sales associate, promised me that they would save the car for two days. I received a call the next day saying they sold it out from underneath me for a higher price without giving me a chance to counter offer. I wish businesses would stand by their word.

Talked over the phone with a guy named Bill at Auto Audits Inc. We agreed on a price for a vehicle on Tuesday morning and I said that my wife and I would come pick up it up around noon the next day which is when the dealership is open for business on Wednesdays. Bill said he wouldn't take an out of state personal check, only cash or a bank check. He also said that he would roll any fees into our agreed to price. Was planning to buy a truck from them and made an appointment to come see it driving 2 hours to do so. After running behind in traffic I told them I was running about 15-30 minutes late. They said to come back tomorrow instead. I arranged to get off work early to see it, called to check on my way and they sold it. No communication, were rude on the phone and had no consideration for the fact I was going through a lot of work to fit their inflexible schedule. Terrible to deal with.

Small car dealer but great great people Mr.Bill took care of me reasonable prices for the car market he knows what he got in his lot soo don't even try to negotiate the price I tried twice but I finally took it they give me exactly what I was looking for and me & my family are very happy not like other places that tried to rip u off trust me I know about car business again I recommend this place to anyone for some reason they been there since 1981 they are doing something rite!!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in early February of 2016. We were looking for an midsized SUV when we stumbled upon a beautiful black Mercedes Benz. Halfway through the negotiations, I had mentioned to the Salesman/Manager of a situation in which my parents had purchased a used Chevy Equinox in late 2015. Less than a week after their purchase, their car needed whole new brakes, which had cost them well over $800 to repair. I thought it was unfair that they had to go through this expense when the dealer should have told them of this. My

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt on this review. I recently bought a 2004 SUV and believe I got a very good price on it. It was about $1500 below KBB. I had started the process by trading some emails which were promptly returned. I scheduled a test drive and was met by Bill, a pretty friendly guy that answered questions straight forward. I paid cash for the car. They cleaned up the car for me and held it for a couple extra days indoors since we got hit by a huge snowstorm.
