I called Right Now in the morning, and they had an excellent technician named Elijah come out in the afternoon. I couldn't believe the prompt response!! Our heater had stopped working, and it was blowing out cold air!! After a very short time diagnosing the problem, Elijah found a wire that had pulled loose from its wire cap. Once that was repaired, he went through the entire system, inside and outside of our home, as well as making sure that the digital thermostat was in top working order, taking the extra time to make sure. I contacted the company to come out and give me a quote, which their website claims is free. The lady on the phone said there would be a $79 diagnostic fee. When the gentleman arrived I told him the issue and that I just needed the cartridge inside my bathtub replaced because we weren’t getting any hot water. So, he wrote me a quote for $360. He was here for less than 90 seconds. He said he couldn’t do anything more because he “just had surgery and was still recovering but that they would come out the following week to take care of it”. There was no diagnosis done, just a quote. However

Well we were THOSE people who needed service on Christmas Eve. We had company staying at our home and our furnace stopped working. I called Right Now and they had someone to my house within an hour. The technician was great. He was able to repair the problem and was in and out in 30 minutes. Better service than I ever could have hoped for! I definitely recommend this company!

I asked questions, watched what they did and basically bugged them.🙂 My brother even came over to observe to make sure they were legit. Our furnace was acting weird for a couple of days. I noticed that the temperature was actually dropping in the house. I flipped the breaker and it started working again. Colin came to my house on short notice. My furnace wasn’t heating and my house was starting to get cold on a December night. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed part with him. He had my furnace up and running again in no time at all. He was not only knowledgeable but friendly as well. He waived the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the part which, I found out later through a Google search, was reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone. Over all, a very pleasant experience and my wife was happy too.

Robert did an amazing Job. He was on time very respectful and very personable. He was also informative and educational. Heater went out last night and Right Now heating was at my house within a few hours after I called this morning! (I guess you can say that Right Now really lived up to their name!) Plus, Brencis, my technician, was wonderful! Very polite and courteous and he quickly discovered the issue and was able to fix it right then! The price was very reasonable and I wasn’t charged for things I didn’t need, for example, the filter was slightly dirty but did not need replacing yet so I can just replace that a little later.

It was a delight to have Manny and Eric work in our home. They were both pleasant and cheerful, even joyous, in their work, in spite of the challenges they were presented with as they pressed forward. It is going to be very hor in a couple days, my AC was not working! I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, made an appointment for the next morning. The technician, Brandon came at 9:30 am the next day. Very professional. He found the problem quickly, fixed it and did a thorough inspection on the unit.

I felt that this company was misleading with their advertising. I got a flyer in the mail that stated heating and air conditioning would be 18 dollars a week. By the time it's all financed, with great credit, over ten years it was 4,899.96 dollars more than it would be at 18 dollars for 520 weeks ( ten years). That is 9.42 more per week. Very misleading and I feel like the full financial agreement was not revealed until after instillation. I should have asked far more questions rather than assumed they were a trustworthy company.

I'm a disabled veteran. Sitting in a very hot house. The guy came out to give me a quote today and turned off my compressor. Now they tell me I have to sit here for 3 or 4 hours this evening, no matter what I have going on and wait for them. That sooner or later he'll come out. I wouldn't buy from this company.
