We have a spacious showroom in Caldwell, ID to display and demonstrate the functionality of the highest-rated heating and air conditioning equipment for our customers.
Our goal is to educate our customers so they have a better understanding of the efficiency and longevity of the heating and cooling equipment they are purchasing. With all this, and our own custom sheet metal fabrication shop, there is not an HVAC job we cannot handle efficiently and effectively within a reasonable time frame.

My Gas Fireplace stopped working & while one company gave me a repair date over a month away, Air Comfort put me on their schedule promptly. Jace took it completely apart & not only installed new parts but helped me order one of the more expensive ones myself which saved a bunch of money. He cleaned everything, reassembled the logs & even added some embers which glow beautifully. My fireplace never looked this good even when new 17 years ago. I highly recommend this company.

We called on coldest day so far this year about no furnace. Pat came over right after he finished another job and had us warmed up in no time. He was very quick, kind, and professional. We bought our system from these guys years ago and glad we did….

We used Air Comfort several years ago and were so impressed with the service of Jace that when our gas fireplace needed service it was a no brainer who we would contact. We specifically requested Jace and he showed up on time, provided friendly professional service and his fee represented great value. We could not be more pleased with his service.

Had a unit installed by this company in October of 2019. Have had to call them out several times to fix it. Now a year and a half into my 5 year warranty. They made an appointment to come fix it again then never showed up to do the work they won't even answer the phone. Very childish and unprofessional behavior from staff.now they are lying saying that they smelled drugs in my home. Truth is the messed up on the install and my attic is covered in water with the furnace distroyed sitting in a puddle of water. Had another AC company out to confirm that it was installed incorrectly. And now a year

Woke up to the house a balmy 83 degrees, unsure what was the reason . I called first thing in the morning and the tech was out and repaired it all before the noon heat . They came to the ac and fully inspected and fix everything. The tech was very professional made it easy, clear and fast . Bonus points for informing me of the financialCosts know prior to completing. It’s a no brainer!

We are very satisfied with air comfort I would recommend them to everybody,,, in fact I just did recommend them,to select stone services Mr. Lewis was not getting a reply from another source so I said why don't you use air comfort they are the best.They save us thousands of dollars literally and now our house stays nice and cool And it has the size of the filter that we need... thank you air comfort of Caldwell..
