On time, knowledgeable and fixed our furnace. Dan knew what he was talking about and did not try to sell me a new system before he looked into the problem. I had a different company look at it and they were ready to sell me a new furnace before even diagnosing the problem. It was a simple fix and is heating properly. Can't recommend Dan enough!

Dont ever call dan.. he is unprofessional, comes out and does nothing then charges you.. i had a friend I found out that actually kicked him off his property. He came out 3 times in the matter of a couple of months should have recommended to replace my ac unit and instead it ended up quitting compmetely in the middle of a heat wave. I have now been 2 weeks in 100 degree weather with no ac. I am so livid! I only gave one star because google makes me mark something..

Dan's customer service is exceptional and he is the pillar of honesty in his industry. He came out to service our heater through our home warranty claim. He confirmed what another company had told us, that our heat exchanges were cracked, all 5 of them. However, instead of trying to sell us a new furnace, he asked us if we had been told that the heat exchanges were still under manufacture warranty. Of course, the previous company had not informed us of that, they simply tried to sell us a new furnace. What could have cost us $3600+ for a new furnace only ended up costing us the $60 service call

Called them and scheduled an appointment, they were able to come out the very next day. My appointment timeframe was 10-12pm, they showed up right at 10am. The technician was super nice and got right to work. Tested a few things and ended up replacing my thermostat. Whole thing took about 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone! Well done

Great service at good prices. I would and will highly recommend Value Heating Inc. to all my family and friends. After getting an estimate from a competing company I called around and found Value Heating Inc. to be the one that not only could come out at a reasonable time but had much more feasible pricing. Also, fixed our AC by replacing only what needed replacing rather than trying to upgrade parts that didn't need fixed like the original company.
