Preece Heating and Air is the only company we trust. Previously, we had another company servicing our heating and air conditioning systems yearly. That company told us there was a problem with one of our AC units and it should be replaced. We called Preece for a second opinion and are so thankful we did. They came right out and told us we did not need a new AC unit. In fact, ours should last many more years. Their honesty and professionalism is unmatched. I called very early in the morning and Jenny was so kind on the phone and got us set up with a house visit same day! Brian had contacted me to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled which I was delighted in because we had no heater in the middle of winter, so yes earlier was awesome! Very professional, explained what was needed and even showed me the cause of our issue and then promptly repaired and got us back running at an affordable price. Definitely will be using for future maintenance and any issues that may arise.

From the time we received the initial phone call to schedule or repair, Preece Heating employees were very professional and pleasant. Our technicians, Tyson and Shaun, were extremely professional, courteous, polite and happy. They showed me the broken part and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Highly recommended Preece Heating & AC! They came as soon as they could (very impressed with how fast they could come evaluate the problem). They were very clean and professional. Worked extremely fast and fix the issue and couldn’t be happier to have my heat working! Would recommend them to all my friends and family in the treasure valley! Thanks guys!
