When it came to designing and managing my dream kitchen project, Christine Lin and her team were a dream team. First, Christine not only understood my husband's and my esthetic -- decades of collecting art and crafts -- but translated that into a creative, unique kitchen design. AND melded that with our apartment's original Joseph Eichler architecture. The design process was fun -- lots of options, discussion, and ideas that I would never have come up with myself. I work with Form + Field on the interior design of our new offices. I definitely recommend them, they are very professional, they understood perfectly what we wanted to achieve (we're a French company implemented in the Bay area, working for wineries). First, the quotation process was really clear and Christine quickly got what we wanted to get while always keeping our budget in mind.

Working with Christine and her team was great! She really helped us create a home in a style that felt creative and personal to us. She was very thoughtful in considering kid-friendly materials and designs. Overall, the process was organized and communication was excellent.

We worked with Christine on our kitchen remodel and home update (new wood floors and lighting throughout). As a graphic designer I am very particular about aesthetics and a bit of a control freak, but I was able to fully put my trust in Christine. She has a strong design point-of-view and just "gets it" when it came to what I was looking for. Both the process of design and construction went really smoothly thanks to Christine's ability to balance but the creative and tactical sides of a project. Though out the project Christine was always prompt, clear, and on-task.

Form + Field was tasked with helping us make our main, open living space into a home, reflecting our family's personality. We had already been living in our remodeled Eichler for three years and needed some help with space planning, furniture selection, ideas for artwork, textiles and plants! Christine did a wonderful job in getting us there. She is perceptive, a good listener and communicator. She came up with ideas that were creative, ones we wouldn't have of ourselves. We had many aspirational ideas going into our remodel, and she took the thoughts and emotions underneath those ideas and turned them into beautiful designs that were just perfect for us. I had a great experience working with Form + Field. I love the end result, especially how my apartment feels like my own personality, not a cookie cutter Pinterest board. Christine was able to blend the unique characteristics of the house (an 1880 Victorian) with my organic modern style and incorporate unique elements such as Japanese light fixtures that seamlessly worked with both.
