Needed a glass panel for a screen door. I dropped the broken panel off and was told that they would call me when it was ready the next day.
Next day! No call. The following day I called to see what the statis was and told that it had to be sent to another shop for a special tool and that they would call me when ready. Friday, Five days later I called
And found that it had not left the shop.
ENOUGH! I picked up the window.
Will not return tp this shop.

They were several hours late to the appointment (had to call and find out where they were, no courtesy call), which I was more than willing to forgive. However, It has now been a 2 1/2 weeks and never heard back with a price quote. So I will assume they don't need my business, I wont beg them to be a customer.

I have a stained glass window that's over 22 years old and it had a couple of cracks in it. NorSac Glass was able to step up to the challenge of fixing it and were able to match all the glass and make the stain glass window look like new again. Cesar and Rob were very helpful through the whole process.

Wow. Had a small problem with a window repair and the guy refused to make it right. When we brought the frame into him, he claimed there was nothing wrong and then beat it with a rubber mallet. He ended up screaming at us and cursing us. When we asked for the owner, he screamed "GET OUT OF MY SHOP! And slammed the door. Keep in mind, we never raised our voices or said anything rude or confrontive.
The guy that runs the place, M*ke, either was having a very bad day or has some serious problems with rage. We left genuinely afraid he might be getting a gun or some other weapon.

Worst location, rude , unprofessional, and incompetent employees. They lady named Kristine is really very rude , and think that she is very knowledgeable which is totally WRONG. I needed some new mirrors for my unique pieces of art , and I showed her how to do it , but unfortunately while removing them from the car because they were made so thin that is why they fill off , and broke again. I was so very disappointed because I showed her how to be cut , and fit in the hand made frame. Won’t be recommended to friends, and families.😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

The worst location, and rude, incompetent, unprofessional, mean employees. For F... sake , they don’t provide free service, then they need to be respectful, and kind. It is not like they are the only place offering glass services. There are too many all over Sacramento county. They charged me more than the service deserve , but the sad part the mirrors fill off , and broke. Won’t recommend it to friends and families.😡😡

Customer service was amazing. I was referred to Nor Sac Glass by my property management company to fix a window my daughter had shattered when a piece of a geode she had smashed went flying. Kristi took my call. She was so understanding and patient and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. My appointment was scheduled, the technician gave a courtesy call to let me know he would arrive in thirty minutes, and he did. He was very personable and had the window replaced and clean up complete within 15 minutes. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!

Was referred by another company.. FIRST and foremost Costumer Service is AWFUL!! Requested an estimate for a glass patio door repair, bottom roller needs replacing.. the receptionist called a service guy to come to my house to check patio door, the results were terrible! He ended up breaking the handle and never fixed the initial problem. Receptionist claims the handle was already broken.. I've been using the sliding door for weeks and had no problem with the Handle! I was highly inconvenienced as this is my main entry. The receptionist was argumentative and accusatory, the guy eventually

Nor Sac did our windows for a rebuild after losing our home in a single family fire. We've been in the new house just a little over a year and Inwould not only recommend them, I would not use anyone else should the need ever arise! Our windows are beautiful, and easy to use, and our PG&E is significantly lower as well!!

Original I had Southgate Glass come out to repair a shower door. They were the ones that installed the shower shower enclosure 5 years ago. They came out and said the door couldn't be replaced. They gave me a quote of 1300 dollars for a new one. It just didn't feel right so I call Nor Sac Glass, they came out, didn't charge me a 95 dollar fee for coming, and they were able to fix the glass door in about an hour for 175 dollars.

SO GLAD THESE GUYS ARE CONVENIENT TO ME... Fairly priced, honest, good customer service and do good work...what else can you ask of a service company.
Have had more than one occasion to use their services and always quick and friendly. Have had jobs from replacing double pane windows (ouch...not a cheap project) all the way down to replacing the mirror in a small antique oval vanity set of my grandmothers for my daughter...
I guess that is the 'no job too small'...with the same cheerful service as on the big jobs.
Have a few rentals, so often there is an 'emergency call&apos

I spend about 5K on a nice desk set and had Nor Sac Glass cut me some nice glass for this set. The desks were T-boned at the top. I was charged a lot of money and the fit was terrible. They cut the holes for the cables way too big and didn't even polish the edges of the holes. I bought some fine sandpaper and a polishing head for my Dremel to try to do it myself. Was very unsatisfied with there work. Also, I rarely ever write reviews but I decided to write this one b/c I still remember how unsatisfied I was with their work. Happened probably about 5 years ago. The company did apologize

I have used Nor Sac glass for over 15yrs in my home as well as my small business. They are my go to for all glass needs. Dennis has even personally helped with a few custom glass jobs. During one dual pane job there was a mix up with my order, Mary and kristi kept me informed and made sure the delay didn't put me or my family out. Every job has exceeded my expectations. I needed a broken dual-paned window repaired. Many glass businesses were not interested in the job. Nor Sac set up a appointment for the repair, and asked for the dimensions of the window. The worker didn't arrive. I called and the office worker had my address wrong, as well as the type of repair. However, she immediately pulled someone nearby off of a job to come and take measurements--apparently the part had to be ordered. I wish I had been told that, because I thought the repair would be done that day. I called a few days later to be sure the part had been ordered and again the office
