I recently had the pleasure of working with Jon from Black Diamond after being bounced around by local companies who were unable to service our Miehle dishwasher. What made our experience OUTSTANDING was the professionalism and care that Jon paid to both the equipment that he was helping service AS WELL AS me, the customer. Our dishwasher happened… to stop functioning the week my wife was delivering twins (a working dishwasher is kinda important when you're having kids). Not only was Jon able to work around our schedule and take what was already a very stressful situation and remove 1 small

I recently had an issue with a Zephyr range Hood where the hood was making a loud tapping noise. Keep in mind, Zephyr products are not the kind of product you buy at Home Depot or Lowes, they are much more expensive and better constructed than anything you can buy off the shelf. The issue I was having was misdiagnosed and called unreasonable/as… designed by another warranty service company. I requested Zephyr send another company to investigate my issue, and Black Diamond was called in. John was able to immediately identify the problem. If you own a high end appliance I wouldn't hesitate

After a disappointing interaction with an alleged technician from another service company on my beloved Blue Star stove, I was lucky enough to find Jon Esile at Black Diamond Service co. After speaking with him on the phone and setting up an appointment, his office called to confirm, he arrived when he said he would, came with parts to rectify any problems, was efficient and pleasant. I am delighted and feel so lucky to have found this company.

After some miscommunication with our designers, cabinet maker and plumber, I suddenly discovered I needed to find an installer for our appliances. The day before we were planning to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 12, Jon came and saved the day. He stayed into the evening to make sure we had a fully functioning kitchen and came after the holiday to… fine tune the appliances that had not been fully prepped for installation. He also arranged to have a kick plate custom made for us because our cabinet maker had left it off his list. Black Diamond Service provides a level precision to their installations
