He diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part (main controller). The part came in late on Friday and Mark was gracious enough to call on Saturday to install it. TY for the professional service Mark. I highly recommend Mark! He responded immediately to my request for a broken dryer. Not only did he fix the problem but he offered to remove and adjust the cabinet in our bathroom that was falling.

Mark came through for me quickly and at a price I couldn't beat. He went the extra mile with installing my new stove and didn't quit until everything was done. He was very professional and prompt. I need a dryer repaired, I'm definitely calling him back!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Mark Charland at Mass Appliance.
Told him I was so happy that I would write him a glowing review, and here it is :
I had called Mark on Friday to schedule an appointment to come fix my dryer because the drum stopped spinning. He gave me an estimate, depending on what needed to be done.
Since money is real tight these days, I did call some other repair places to see if I could get a cheaper deal. Found out that Mark's prices were competitive, even cheaper than some of the other guys. So since he's been at it for decades, his shop is nearby, my family

Our fridge fan stopped working and Mark was the first to respond after I called several places. He was getting a new truck that weekend but still came in another vehicle to do a temp. fix to get us through the weekend. He was here this morning and replaced the fan. Customer oriented and super nice! Definitely recommend him to anyone.

Totally swindled us...
They came over, assured us they could fix our appliance, no problem, just needed to order a part. Took a $200 deposit and we never heard from them again. Tried calling them a few times, finally got a guy who said he'd have the owner call us back - no response. It's been months and they basically just stole $200 off us for nothing.

The initial reach out and scheduling of our appointment was fine. Mark came to our house to repair the cooling fan on the stove. I had called in advance and told them the issue along with providing the serial number and make of the oven. He did not have the right parts and did not fix the stove. He spent time with the manual and calling someone on the phone to ask for help, all ending with him being frustrated at how complicated everything was. He manually spun the cooling fan with his hand and it started up again but he did not repair anything. He then told me it would be $200 despite not fixing
