Label the boxes so that the movers know what rooms they go in and you know what the contents are. Try to gather items that you will need immediately all in one location so you can put them in few boxes as possible keep those boxes in a separate area so they can be put on last and taken off first. Efficient and careful! We used them for our move. We booked two men to move from a one bedroom apartment in two hours. I would say we have an average amount of things and it ended up taking them three hours. They worked efficiently though so I didn't mind. So grateful to have them and wouldn't mind using them in the future! Nothing major was broken either!

We scheduled a move on 08/31 with a purchase through Groupon. I called to get additional cost and paid ahead of time. They showed up driving a Penske rental truck in hindsight should have made me ask more questions. Fast they were however fast is not always the best idea. Especially, when your $1,000.00 mattress was put in the truck and dragged thru mud with no cover. My friends and I basically moved all of the stuff except for the beds and dressers.
We paid for the Groupon for 2 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment. There was a $99 fee for travel and using their own tools and such, which they didn't even use! They used my wagon tape and everything! They said they left their tools at the other place they moved!
The day of, they were late by an hour. They took almost 2 hours to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment then it took them almost 3 to unload!! (Including

$110 for 2 hours, but $120 for travel fees & utilities? The items that needed to be moved were three boxes upstairs as well as a queen bed, nightstand, small bookshelf, an armoire, & 20 boxes. IT ONLY TOOK AN HOUR to break down my bed & load the truck completely!! The destination between point A to point b was 2 miles. We got to my new place & they parked where the elevator was far away. I could understand for bigger items but if you are going to use the elevator for everything I would expect this job to be done in about 30 min. THEY TOOK 2HRS, it took only an HOUR to load the truck

These guys are amazing! From the very beginning I had an amazing experience. I originally booked for a morning slot but when my apt let me know my unit wouldn't be available until after 3 just a week before move in I was very stressed. I gave them a call and they were able to change my time slot.
The day of my move when they got to my apartment they made record time moving everything out of my 1 bedroom into the truck. This place is horrible! Don't hire them for your move, I used them from a Groupon app and this was the worst decision I ever made. The movers were very inexperienced, dropped two of my dressers and scraped two of my sofa beds against the wall getting paint all over them. When I addressed it with them they were laughing when I called the company they asked me to send pics which I did with a video and was told the owner would call me. I have yet to hear from the owner very doubtful he will call to resolve the issue. I see now why they make you prepay, so when they do a crappy job they make it

I also have to give them one star. I purchased a Groupon for a two man move and then paid the invoice after scheduling it with a representative. The day came for the move and I was scheduled for 4 pm. I called to find out their estimated time of arrival and then was asked if I had paid. I stated that I had paid almost immediately after speaking with the rep. I was charged $75 for a travel fee for 6.2 miles from one residence to the next. That was prepaid. So $150 to start. The representative told me he would call back and let me know when they would be coming but he didn't call back. Instead

I had a great experience with these guys! They showed up promptly the morning of my move. I paid up front for 3 hours and the guys moved quickly and worked hard to get everything moved safely. I had a lot of stuff, also moving about an hour away, and it ended up taking a little longer than that but everything arrived in good condition. I'm very happy with my experience and professionalism of the two guys that made my move smooth!

Austin and Luis were absolutely fantastic - they handled my move with the upmost care and were considerate of all my furniture. I found this company on Groupon. Called them and scheduled an appointment for my money which was fairly easy. I paid for 3 movers for 2 hours, the travel fee, and for a mattress protector for my new mattress. The guys were friendly. I felt as if they could've moved my stuff a bit faster as I ended up having to pay for more time when it wasn't that mich stuff and I still had to move some things my self. I can't speak for their crew but reception was no laughing matter. Pun intended. Guy with attitude because I bought $100 Groupon and he wants to charge me an additional $170 travel fee even though I am well within the radius listed. They state 35 miles and I'm at 19 mi from them (a 15 min drive from downtown and only 15 min from my destination). I asked him how would he charge me that and he told me it wasn't his fault because he didn't physically force me to buy the Groupon & he wasn't there when I bought it. Fun fact, he forgot he returned my call and called me back

I found a deal on Groupon and scheduled my move from Round Rock - Austin for 9:30am 2hours and 2 movers. In the past with other movers 2 hours has been more than enough for our 1 bedroom apt.
-The guys showed up over an hour late.
-Both guys had their music blasting out loud from their phones
-They were unable to disconnect my washer because they didn't have the necessary tools so the washer stayed in the old apartment
-I heard them bang some of my stuff on the stairs
-My $300 coffee table was scratched up and dented so I called

Bought a deal on Groupon for their services.
I paid for 3 movers and the day of the move, only 2 movers showed up.
The third mover showed up about and hour and a half late.
They moved really slow and then about 3 hours into the move they said they were going to take a break;
When the break was over, only 1 guy returned.
I had to help him load and off load the truck.
As we were finishing the last of load, two new guys showed up.
Needless to say, I won't be hiring these guys again.
