The consultant who surveys your move will stay by your side from estimate through invoice. One point of contact to simplify life. Our primary concern is the safety of your home and belongings. We utilize floor and wall protection in your home and industry best practices and techniques when disassembling, padding, shrink wrapping and reassembling your furniture.
Our experienced packers will make short and professional work of packing up your home. We'll bring everything needed from boxes to packing paper to mirror cartons to wardrobe boxes. What's that? You have fine china, coats of armor and marble statues? We have the solution and guarantee the safety of your contents.
The Chris Kyle Frog Foundation (CKFF) was founded by Taya Kyle to honor the life and legacy of service of her husband, "American Sniper" Chris Kyle. Established in 2009, Boot Campaign began as a photo project and quickly evolved into a more proactive way for Americans to show their patriotism. Charitable donations were gathered and made through a donor advised fund until 2011, when Boot Campaign became a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Yes - we carry many lines including: general liability, auto liability, cargo and workers comp. We also carry an umbrella policy with a $5M limit. Although we can quote without seeing your home or job site, we prefer to come to your home or job site and take a survey. This allows us to ascertain a volume metric which will drive the accuracy of the time and materials quoted.

This is the first time we have used a moving company for a move. We went from Austin to Arkansas with this one and after 25 years in one house we had LOTS to move! I can't imagine how we could have done it without the great gang at Patriot Relocation. From initial quote to final move-in it was like having a brother in charge of your move. We had a "Pack-Up" day and then a "Load-Up" day. The Patriot Relocation crew made both days actually fun. They were great to say the least. Move-in was just as good.
ALL of our stuff arrived just as it was when packed up.

They did quite a bit of damage and here are some of the highlights:
They ripped our mattress on the bottom and didn't say a word. We wouldn't have known about it had they not completely destroyed our bed frame which they are not taking responsibility for. We are without a bed.
They damaged my apple thunderbolt display. At first they took responsibility for the damage they caused and now they are not.
They damaged the leg our couch. They said they would have it fixed. It's been almost 2 months since and nothing has happened other than the runaround.
We paid for insurance and they

This is an amazing company to use!! Franklin and Marlin were absolutely fantastic (seriously the best)!! They showed up early with the best attitudes. No matter what kind of curve balls we threw at them, they kept an upbeat and positve vibe.
They made sure to wrap everything they touched and were extra careful with our fragile things. They absolutely went above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

The entire process was thoughtful and efficient. We had several expensive, old, and fragile antique pieces. Their standard of care is unmatched in the industry.
Other companies in the past have packed and broke a bunch of stuff. Then they wouldnt pay for it.... other companies have come in with super cheap bids and told me in the middle of the move I would have to pay another 2k to move the stuff in the garage. Of course I paid it, but, it made me furious... The only company Im using from here on out is Patriot.

I felt very comfortable with Patriot from the beginning. I was called to do a walk through so an accurate quote could be given. Not a lot of other companies are doing that. The quote ended up being very accurate to the time it took it to move. They were about 10 minutes early and made sure to ask me questions throughout the move about how I wanted things. The same thing when they were unloading my items. I never saw them slacking or complaining. They were on top of everything and I'm sure they were exhausted in the Texas heat so I was very impressed.
