Ben & Rachel Ragland are the original founders of Infinity Moving. Rachel was born and raised here in Austin, and Ben moved here when he was three. I've used this company twice within the past two years, and have only good things to say about both experiences. Allen and Christian were efficient, friendly and up for the task. They conquered the challenge of getting not one, but two heavy a** pieces of a sectional couch up a narrow set of stairs and over a barrier wall, and it was done swiftly and gracefully. They were considerate of my belongings, packing them securely and with care onto the back of the moving truck.

We had Infinity move us this past weekend. They gave me a window of between 9am-10am to start and they showed up on the early side of that and called ahead. Chris and Tony worked about 5 hours straight and I don't recall seeing either of them take a break. Very professional and wrapped all of the furniture meticulously. I would highly recommend Infinity movers.

I had a great experience with Infinity. The guys showed up on time and moved everything in a timely manner.
I had a few scratches on my furniture that I complained about, which turned out not to be a huge deal. Ben came over and went above and beyond to take care of my complaints. He touched up/buffed out the scratches and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with.
I would 100% recommend after seeing the lengths they go to make their customers happy.

Chris and Rico just left from moving our (completely filled to the brim) one story home to our new two story home. They did an AMAZING job. They were quick, extremely competent, and everything made it to its correct place with nothing broken. They wrapped furniture and delicate things and were so cool about the fact that all of the bedrooms, our office, and storage is upstairs so basically 3/4 of our stuff had to go upstairs. They were so friendly and made the move a really great, dare I say, enjoyable experience. If I have to move again (please god no), I will absolutely request them. In the meantime

Due to my career, I've been (un?)-lucky enough to relocate a few times over the past 15 years so I have quite a bit of experience with moving companies. I've also done a few local moves in Austin and used to use one company exclusively until my favorite guy left the company and the service went way downhill. I was skeptical of a company with a 5 star rating with 200+ reviews, so I proceeded with caution and low expectations so as not to be disappointed if the service was not exactly 5 star. Infinity handled a move from Austin to Houston for a family member. They were responsive at the quote stage. On the day of the move, we got calls and text messages to confirm that the crew was on the way. I was doubtful when only two guys showed up - but these guys knew what they were doing, and set to it. In about an hour, they had cleared out a one bedroom apartment, moved everything down one flight of stairs and into the truck. A bit under three hours later, they showed up at the other end, and took only about an hour and a half to move into the new apartment - up two flights of stairs, no elevator

Cons: my house was pretty messy but they left behind a lot of stuff. They wouldn't move my speakers or my sound system, and they left parts of things all over the house. The worst part was, I have a particularly large piece of furniture that the dispatcher assured me the movers could take and the day of they told me they couldn't take it. I'm frustrated that I will likely have to get another mover to help me finish my move.

I hired these guys twice within 6 months time for two different moves. Both times I was very impressed. Rachel made scheduling the job very easy and the guys were great. They showed up on time and they immediately got to work. They're polite, they immediately get to the task at hand, and the guys take care of your property. What more could you ask for?

We loved Infinity Moving! Mark and Rico are the best! Great attitude. Quick. Professional. Strong! We had a LOT of stuff, heavy things, and it was late in the day (due to previous clients' delaying them), but Mark and Rico showed up with their extremely optimistic, buoyant attitudes, and MADE IT HAPPEN!! Nothing broken, everything loaded to the gills, and quickly and efficiently unloaded, with heavy things carried upstairs, around a tight staircase. There was NO QUIT in them. I was amazed. Will definitely keep their number in case I have to use them again. Hopefully, it will not be for

This is the best moving service I have used ever! They were one time, friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. I moved from a downstairs apt to an upstairs unit and they did it all without any complaints. They were especially helpful with suggesting where to put furniture and even offered to mount my TV if I would like for a fee. They are a nice family small business and did not damage any furniture etc. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. I couldn't have ask for a better set of people. Thank y'all!

Everything about Infinity Moving was incredible! Working with Rachel to schedule the move was almost too easy. I found myself saying, "That was it?" Chad, Steve, and Paul were fast, professional, and easy to work with. They asked all the right questions and answered any I had with confidence.
Even though my move was a short distance; they secured the truck and made sure no damage was done to neither my belongings nor the house/apartment.
If I could give them 6 stars I would!

We recently did a move with Infinity. Their prices are fair and cheaper than what we found with their competitors. Moving day was smooth, and the movers did their job efficiently. There was slight damage to only piece of furniture and we communicated this to Infinity. They were quick and professional in their handling of the situation, and after some back and forth over email we arrived at a compromise that worked for us. I know they wrap up furniture properly before moving, and I don't think the damage was due to any negligence on their part. With a large move, it's impossible that nothing will

This is the second time that I've used Infinity Moving. Mark and Rico are AWESOME. They both go above and beyond my expectations and make moving easy and fun. They are able to start early when they can, they play fun music, and they are really engaging. Also, if you are needing your TV mounted, Mark can do that for you! Everything about them is awesome. Update: not sure why on the response to yelpers they mention that I was already not happy I couldn't use my old movers? I did the exact same thing as to how I found Einstein -- good reviews, I called to use them and they have had consistent professionalism and work with me through 4 moves. I look up for other movers through yelp and this company has good review same thing I set up a move just the same as I did with Einstein so not sure how that reflects anything? I expected the same type of work that Einstein offered I guess that was my mistake.

Great experience with Infinity moving. It has been years since I was lucky enough to do an in-town move (the rest have been cross country) so me playbook was a little less useful. My wife and I typically do all of the packing & boxing in the weeks leading up to the move, I rent/drive the truck, and we pay for movers to load and unload at the origin and destination. I had planned on doing the same thing until I found Infinity Moving.
For a flat fee per hour, they provide 2 movers, a truck with 24 foot long trailer which was just as big as a 26' Penske that I'm used to dealing with

I bought a washer & dryer sight-unseen from an acquaintance who then hired this company to deliver them to my apartment.
Gerard and Marcus were the workers tasked with the job and their service and professionalism were exemplary. Not only did they move the appliances, they connected the washer, checked the dryer and told me what I needed to do (change the power cord) and gave me tips on doing it.
I have never hired movers before but anticipate doing so for my next move. I already know I'm calling this company.

I loved my moving guys! They were so patient with me and very flexible. I didn't have everything packed, it had been a really rough week, and they worked around it moving the things that were ready.
I can't say enough about warm, caring and gentle they were about every aspect of the move. I was very worried about the process because I hate moving. When we arrived to my new place, they wanted to be sure that the boxes were placed in the right room so that I wouldn't have to sort through them--that was a big help for me.
