They were very prompt, courteous, and handled the furniture with great care. They protected all the furniture, and Michael and Mojo were very courteous, and extremely helpful.This move was on Oct 20th a very humid day. They worked very quickly and diligently. Scam Scam Scam!! They quoted us 5500 on the USHIP site. We live in Nevada. They said they could do it for 5500 due to the fact they had to go to Reno for a drop off and stated they could pick our stuff up on the way back down. They asked for a 1000 with Zelle and said they (Davon) needed to confirm we were serious because they had so many back out. We Zelled the money to his son (Trayvon) who was driving. Got another text from (Davon) stating that his son needed an additional 600 for gas. Again we zelled the money to his son Trayvons account. In typical criminal form (I worked Law Enforcment 20

They damaged items worth around 1000$. offered me 30$ compensation. can you believe it? even if they price lower, they are totally careless about the items, so you better pay more to others, and know your items are going to be cared for. also the moment they came to my house they said - well you need to pay more for us to release the items. and they hinted that if i dont tip them well, they'll say i had more items than what was in the original contract.

We had a very last-minute move & were scrambling to find a well-priced moving option with only 3 days notice.
David from Jackson's movers was SO sweet and helped book our moving needs within an hour of me submitting the request via their website's form.
It was my first time using movers, but everything went off without a hitch!

Wow! The guys were great. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They did a great job moving my stuff. I think what I loved the most is that they treated my stuff like it was theirs. They were careful and respectful of my things! Thank you!!!

I was referred to Jackson's by my sister who used them for her local move between homes, and she said they were extremely professional and affordable. Their team was super responsive to my emails, and patient with my questions. They were able to arrange my move with an almost non-existent notice. Although I didn't have many items, Mike W and Clarence took care with them. I've experienced movers completely breaking furniture in the past, and that never happened. They were quick and friendly. Let me start with David, we booked for a move on Feb 15th originally two weeks in advance. The storm hit, I think catching most of us off guard and postponing our move. David, who manages the office and books the jobs did a fantastic job staying in contact with us and working with us to ensure the safety of my family as well as his team. The driveway to our complex was up a steep hill and covered in ice. We were able to reschedule for a move on Monday February 22nd with an early start time.

Incredible experience from start to finish.
Polite, generous, masked and incredibly courteous with both our time and our things. By far the best moving experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend this team enough. Affordably priced, incredibly respectful and efficient in all aspects of the move. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I completely forgot to leave a review for this company (even though they moved us a year ago.) Was just talking to a friend about their movers and my husband started talking about the HORRIBLE experience we had with these guys when we moved in November 2019 from Hutto to Round Rock.
We've used them twice. The first time, absolutely great. The owner was actually there to help move us. This was January 2019, we moved from North Austin to Hutto, I was pregnant and we lived in a second floor apartment. Service was fantastic, owner was super friendly and we were thoroughly impressed with him.

These guys rocked! They are pricier than I am used to, but compared to the competition of using only two people, they were faster than I expected and this was my first move with them and nothing of mine broke! (Whereas every other company I've used in the past,, furniture will arrive broken or in several pieces and those companies never paid for damages, This is why I refuse to use all my sons, two men and a truck, etc etc). We had to move in the middle of Covid and they showed up, with masks, and helped us move (well I mean they did everything Lol) from the second floor across town to the third.
They were careful with our stuff, showed up on time, and on top of that they were just really nice genuine guys. I'm really happy we went with them and we will again for the next move.
This was one of the most affordable quotes I got, combined with their great customer service, and the fact that a human answers the phone when you call, you can't go wrong.

I have moved several times over the years and have had horrible experiences with movers and owners alike. So when Jackson's moving was running behind, I panicked. I was afraid they were going to be a no show and I had no plan B. I called the owner and left a message. Immediately after that, I received a called from the movers letting me know they were having mechanical problems with their truck and they had to swap it for another. Phew!
After this they worked hard. James, Jonathan, and Marquise worked non stop and without breaking my stuff. I was very impressed at how strong they were and

Even after a few years these guys are A1!
James and Michael(mike) and the rest of the crew were badass and moved everything super quick and efficiently! Very careful with our stuff! Hopefully we don't move again soon but if we do I will start with them. Look NO FURTHER!

A shout out to James, Mike and Moe Joe! Those three were the best movers and gentleman around! Everything from booking, then moving up our date went beautifully. James called when he was 10 minutes away. The team arrived on time and packed our house up with ease. (Well, they made it look easy.) Our furniture was wrapped and padded. When the truck and men arrived they unloaded, asked where everything was to go and even moved it when we didn't like where it was! We are delighted with this company and highly recommend them. Jackson’s Moving did an amazing job with our move! I had never hired movers before… I knew what to expect but was still pleasantly shocked that it took them about 2 hours to do what would have taken me (and my reluctant friends) at least a full day to achieve.
One of the movers picked up an entire picnic table, heaved it over one shoulder, and just moved it by himself... it was pretty incredible to witness. The service was excellent, I will definitely be using them again!

I recently moved from North Austin to Round Rock. I picked Jackson's based on the reviews on Yelp.
I was highly impressed with the two movers they sent to move me. They were very fast but gentle with my furniture, and they were accommodating when it came time to set up the master bed frame.
Summary:
1. I had no unpleasant surprises;
2. The person texting me from Jackson's updated me several times, especially when the movers were going to be at my home toward the end of the start window.
3. The movers who worked with me were very friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra step
