Used this company over the weekend for a relocation movie starting in San Antonio and going up to Austin.
I booked them through their online site (20% discount wooo) and spoke with April for the most part. She was courteous and friendly and helped us through this transition.
The crew (Chris and 1 other gentlemen) arrived within the scheduled window and were finished loading my stuff within an hour. Everything was strapped down correctly and the inventory sheet was amended to add some items I left out on the online questionnaire.
Unloading the stuff was just as fast despite heavy rain and only

I hired M&M to move from San Antonio to Dallas. Initially I was super impressed with their service. The quote was easy, all my questions were answered and the front end of the move was fantastic. They arrived on time, were professional and very experienced in packing and doing their jobs. I felt confident and extremely relieved that I was in good hands. THEY DAMAGED OUR FURNITURE AND REFUSED TO ADEQUATELY COMPENSATE US. M&M Movers was hired by my interior design business in June 2018 to move furniture to a client install. They either dropped or let something very heavy fall on a $1300 leather bench that resulted in the frame of the arm being broken as well as a 4 inch gash in the leather which left the bench unusable. We were unable to return or exchange the bench so we ended up being out the entire amount. My first experience with M&M was when our (VERY METICULOUS) daughter bought her first home.
We contracted M&M to move her possessions from our home as well as a garage full of new (and VERY expensive) items our daughter accumulated in anticipation of moving into her new home.

On August 23 2016 I was scheduled for moving. The truck showed up over an hour late to the pick up with no call telling me why. I had to call multiple times requesting an ETA each time i was told 10 minutes or less for that to be a lie.
Then after the 1st scheduled pick up I waited at the 2nd pick up location for over 30 minutes. Once there one of the movers told me that they had to drop off someone and get gas which is why they were late. Again I was not told about any of this ahead of time. I arrived at the drop off location and as myself and the moving truck left the 2nd pick up location

I used M and M Super Movers to move my chiropractic office to its new location from Cedar Park to Round Rock. The M and M team did a great job. They were on time, helped me complete packing, worked with me as my access to my new location was being finalized, and then helped move all the items into the new spot quickly, carefully and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Chris Masters and his M&M Super Moving team! The team showed up on time and moved me quickly and efficiently. They showed compassion and kindness to both my special needs sister and me as we moved her out of her mobile home. This company rocks with professionalism and affordability! Great value! I love this moving company. This is the 2nd time that I've used them and I use them for a variety of reasons but mainly because they are super reliable and professional. Before I met M&M, I had a mover flake on me on my moving day and it is something I never want to experience again!
The owner is great and will always get back to you quickly. They will also give you a moving estimate that is pretty affordable considering the level of service they provide. They'll call before they get to your place and move your stuff fairly quickly.

Bandar, John, Joe, and Andrew are extremely professional, helpful movers and they get the job done right. So I called for a 7th time this past Monday and finally got to speak with the office manager. I'll save you the details of his rude, condescending and abusive dialogue and cut to the chase, HE DEMANDED I TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN, and have confirmation of me doing so, in order to work fairly on my complaints. He would only admit to his guys breaking the glass on my custom framed map from London and stated that if I did not take the review down he would only give me what they are legally obligated to do, which is $0.66/lb according to him.

Hmm. So, I realize I'm trying to move with everyone and their grandma this weekend, but still. Based on my phone conversation alone I wouldn't want to use these people. I have a very sparsely furnished duplex that typically takes 2 hours to move and I usually pay around $200 for that. These guys quoted me something like $390 and when I said that I never paid more than $225 for a move he gruffly said, "Well, maybe you should call those people back." Okay.

I had to change my original move date at the last minute (the day before) and Jim, the guy I talked to on the phone, was so pleasant and understanding about my change. We rescheduled it for a week out and he said they would be there between 12 and 2.
My friend and I, around 11:15, decided to go grab some food, thinking they'd probably be there closer to 2 (you know, like most companies do when they give you such a timeframe). They called at 11
