BEST MOVING & STORAGE COMPANY IN TEXAS! I was so impressed with the amount of care put into moving my entire apartment. All of my belongings were wrapped neatly and safely to ensure nothing was broken/damaged. Tammy is extremely kind and caring, she checked on me throughout my move and storage process (which was over 6 months) and even followed up with me to make sure I made it to my destination safely. The service is easy and quick too. I would highly recommend Greater Austin Moving & Storage to anyone who needs to move!

As expected, Greater Austin Moving did just as amazing of a job on the unload/move-in side. The team was super respectful and courteous of both our family and our home. We had a piece of glass on a large piece of art broken, but they took it and replaced it without any hassle, at all. Accidents can happen even when you move yourself, so I completely understand, but the way they handled it was stellar. I highly recommend Greater Austin Moving.

Amazing logistics, customer support and movers. Everyone was so nice and accommodating!! I had to reschedule 3 times and was worried they couldn’t fit me in… I called and the answer I received was “no problem! We are here to make your move easier”. Best moving company I’ve ever dealt with and I move a lot.

Just wanted to update my experience with GAM.
Tammy, the Owner reached back out to me at 8:30 on a Monday night and left a message for me apologizing for my experience, "they dropped the ball", and what happened, "customer experience was not what they were hoping for here".
She asked if I could give her a callback and try to work through the issue and get something set up for my move. Outstanding customer service...or so I thought. I called back the next day during business hours and left a message asking for a callback to chat.
That was Tuesday and here it is Friday.

I've moved more than 2 dozen times in my adult life...from local to cross country and everything in-between. This may have been one of the smoothest moves I have ever had. I just repainted the entire interior of my new condo. I was hoping, but not expecting the walls would stay clean and undamaged. I've never had a move where there weren't at least a few dents, nicks, scrapes, or dirty handprints on the walls. Somehow the crew managed to leave everything in pristine condition. First time I've hired movers (holy crap, never moving myself again) and they were awesome. We were only moving a block, so I balked at the $45/$90 "transportation fees" of the other companies I looked at. This place didn't have one (hooray!) and their rate was very reasonable. The service I got before the move was great (they even answered a question I text in the evening). The guys who came to my place were super friendly and very efficient. Definitely recommend!

Greater Austin Moving far exceeded expectations. They were proactive in helping before the move and on time and professional during the move. They even went above and beyond helping us get some things to Goodwill. At the end of the day , they provided really good value to our family, and I'd recommend to all and use them again.

So to start off with i have never used a moving company before so i wasn't sure what to expect. Moving is obviously a stressful time and i have moved so many times in my life that i wanted to see if i could have movers do it instead. Because i am definitely not in the best shape or fit and didn't want to die of fatigue or exhaustion. So here is what i learned about movers.

Greater Austin Moving moved us from Austin to Miami, FL. We had them come to our house, pack things up, put our stuff in storage for about a month, deliver the items to Miami and unpack. We basically left our house fully furnished, hopped on a plane, found a place to live over the next month, called them up and told them we were ready and a few days later all of our stuff was unpacked and setup in our new place in Miami. It was awesome!
Not one item in our entire three bedroom house was damaged and they always responded to our emails and calls in a super timely manner. Thank you Tammy and GAM
