We are a local family owned business. After earning his journeyman's license Erick worked for other Austin area plumbing companies before earning his Master's plumbing license and starting his own plumbing business which became Lakeway Plumbing Company. Erick is licensed with the state of Texas as a Responsible Master Plumber and is dedicated to improving the trade.

I called Lakeway plumbing due to a blocked sewer line at our family home. Understanding the urgent nature of the issue, It took about 1 hour for them to get a plumber to our house, for him to identify the issue, and then resolve it. The visit and fix was roughly the cost of a service call, so a great value and outcome. Our plumber, Matthew, was awesome - responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing help - highly recommend.

Had an experience with an extremely unprofessional technician. Ben Stein isn't my real name. Just remember that when you drive like a psycho, pass people illegally, tailgate people, fly through pedestrian stoplights without stopping, etc., it's all on dash cam these days. If you don't want negative reviews on your unsafe driving, maybe don't use your company truck with giant advertisements all over it to drive like a madman. Your actions have consequences. You could hurt someone someday.

Eric himself came to my home yesterday to diagnose a mystery water issue that had me perplexed. It took him all of about 3 minutes under the house to run it down, and a few more minutes to fix it. He arrived on time down to the minute which rarely happens in my experience, he was very friendly and professional, and he was on his way in very short order leaving a very satisfied homeowner.
