We had some hail damage and did not want to use the "storm chasers" to inspect the roof/siding. Called Gen Ex and Josh came out and worked with us and our insurance company to determine what needed to be done. Josh was exceptional throughout the process and even the claims rep was complimentary of the integrity and professionalism of Gen Ex (Josh). We had a new roof completed in a day on a large, complex roof and they took care to ensure that everything was accurate and the yard 100% clean. We will use Gen Ex again and would recommend them to anyone doing exterior work.

We worked with Brad on re-siding our house and window replacement. His recommendation on siding color was spot on! The black shutters are the perfect style and size. And the windows are beautiful. The house looks amazing and the neighborhood compliments keep rolling in.

An accident in my garage resulted in one of my garage walls and exterior siding needing repair. Since GenEx had done my siding and roofing work last year, I called Greg on a Saturday afternoon and he and Paul came right over. We needed our garage roof replaced, and I can't explain how happy we are with the results. Our roof looks amazing, and Paul and his crew fixed everything that was wrong with it or that was not done correctly the first time, which was before we purchased the house. Greg came out to my place to do a roof inspection. He was very thorough and advised us of all of our options, even including the option of waiting to replace our roof. You could tell he wasn’t just trying to sell a job, but provide honest options available. He even did a roof repair for free for us! He advised us on what to look for should future issues arise that may require attention and, most importantly to me, he advised on what not to lose sleep over. He was reassuring, telling us what to do to protect and maintain our home. He really took his time and even looked at additional exterior
