Tom Is a great guy and very knowledgeable and hard working. He is building his reputation and does a very good job doing it. You can expect a reasonable price, fast start and timely completion. You won’t be left wondering why nobody has been working for days and left you with demo trash and loose tools. He is caring, personable, hard working and honest. He truly makes construction easy, even enjoyable.

Tom Raz and the contractors we met from Bay Home Builders are a pleasure to work with. A neighboring tree collapsed into our house and damaged the roof extensively. The damage was sizable, and the overall experience was distressing. However, working with Tom made the whole process manageable and he helped streamline the entire project. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly coordinated the repairs, eager to get things done right. The quality of work was excellent and worth far beyond what we received from our insurance company to repair the damage.

My wife and I hired Bay Home Builders to do our kitchen remodel. The quote was reasonable and Tom was there to make sure our vision for our new kitchen came to life within budget.
