I had the best experience with Brad & Jake from Pinnacle. After a horrible storm ripped through my neighborhood the day after I moved into my first home, I was devastated. John Watson was Amazing. He came out and inspected our roof. He was there when the insurance inspected and made sure they saw all the damage. He brought samples and made suggestions that made our roof look awsome and complemented the house. His team showed up on time and found additional damage and repaired it. They were very professional and worked very hard to complete the job and keep my yard clean of debris and nails. Pinnacle was amazing! I have worked with Bo and Jake on two separate personal projects and referred them to clients as well. They are extremely prompt on returning calls and constantly kept a watch over the entire project. They oversaw communicating with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of.
