Sam was amazing. He patiently and methodically inspected our entire system before coming up with a plan on how to best fix it. When it was time to fix the problem, he not only did a thorough job of fixing the problem we had but also discovered another issue we were unaware of and arranged to get that fixed too.

Fred the plumber was courteous, friendly, professional, and persistent in finding and fixing a nasty leaking bath faucet. The faucet set needed to be replaced. The work was challenging, but now we have a new faucet that looks great and functions perfectly. Fred also gave us some valuable tips regarding a couple of other plumbing issues that we have.

I have a very old, quirky house that needed major work to bring it back from disrepair, so I knew it would be a big deal requiring good research.
My experience with BWS has been stellar in terms of service and quality as we've worked through everything from a broken pipe beneath the basement floor to replumbing pretty much the entire house down to the bathroom faucets.
I didn't choose them because they were the cheapest — I chose them to feel secure that things were done right. This applies not only to the work done in my home, but the service provided by office staff.

Andrew was prompt and polite. He easily fixed the problem but repaired it the same way as the original repairs were done.
I felt sorry for him, because his mother passed away as he was doing his job, yet he didn’t let it bother him and plowed on and finished the work.
I was a little surprised by the cost, and probably paid quadruple what the job was worth, but it was a holiday weekend, and one is easy prey during the holidays. In the end, he fixed it.

I have American Home Shield warranty and was assigned BWS for my toilet problems. They sent me a photo of the rep on my case before he came over so that I would know I was letting the right person into my house. I found that very considerate as I am a female who lives alone. My service rep was Fred and he was excellent -- he showed me what was wrong with each of my toilets (one was running intermittently and one was 'burping' when flushed) and explained clearly. He fixed everything efficiently and was extremely professional. I highly recommend

Sam was awesome. He serviced my mini split correctly and he was very knowledgeable. After getting quotes from three other places, BWS was the best value, but I also believe they are the most honest. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience! Professional and courteous from beginning to end. Justin was amazing during the consultation. He explained all options to replace our 20+ year old furnace and 35+ year old A/C unit, making sure to understand our needs and advocating for the most appropriate equipment. Justin, Jack and Matt came out for the installation on time and got to work right away, worked cleanly and respectfully. Also added some new vents and air return in the basement, making sure to consult and advocate for ideal placements for convenience and efficiency. Jack went the extra mile to answer all questions

Wonderful experience with BWS Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, from start to finish. They were able to send a technician 2 days earlier than originally scheduled. They communicated well, calling and texting to let me. Now the technician would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. Steven was terrific. He went over my list of concerns prior to starting work, kept me apprised of his findings throughout the process, and thoroughly explained what he discovered. He covered, in layman’s terms, the basics of how the AC functioned and was transparent about recommendations for cost of repair
