Gary has taken care of our pool/spa for 2 1/2 years now. He does a great job, and lets me know every week in an email what chemicals levels are and what he did to the pool/spa. Acid washing is a process that is done on a pebble tec or plaster pool to remove a thin layer of the surface to remove stubborn stains and calcium deposits.

Gary fixed my gears that work the pop up cleaning system and he did it for a reasonable price. I was hesitant to use anyone other than my usual repair person, but he was not available, so I took a chance. I am happy that I found a pool repair company that did not charge me for a new gear system when it was not necessary. I had another issue with my filter that he fixed and my system is working beautifully. I would absolutely hire them again!

After Gary worked on the pump, the motor started screaming. Gary would not return my wife phone calls and now we have to find another pool company. The pump and motor are damaged. The water has not circulated since June 14. Thanks Gary!!! June 24th. New pool technician states impeller was incorrectly installed, jammed up motor.

After my wife fired our old pool guy I figured I could manage the pool. After 2 and half weeks of fighting with algae, bugs and dirty walls I realized I had enough. My wife called around several places in which she found Gary. While I had been on my "I can do it myself kick" I ran into some issues when washing the filter cartridges. I had to call Gary on Sunday evening to get walk through steps on how to resolve them. Mind you free advice and direction without hesitation. From there on I knew this would be our guy moving forward. He has already drained our pool corrected some filter and pump issues

I've dealt with many pool services from CA to NV and have never felt the desire to write a review of any of them - until now. The owner, Gary, is the most responsive, professional, meticulous and honest person. It's obvious that he selects technicians with similar qualities, like Josiah. I've spent the last year nursing and putting band-aids on my old pool pump and badly needed a new heater before I was recommended to Work Myracles by a close friend of mine. I texted Gary with my issues and he came out within 24 hours to take a look at what needed to be done. Gary was great at explaining what needed to be done and quickly sent me back a proposal and I found the pricing to be fair and competitive. My pool pump was making weird noises. The drive on my Hayward pump died. They came out. The thing you want the most from any repairman is honesty. I asked him how much do I owe you. Since he was down the street he said no charge. I will be more than likely calling them back to change the pump instead of dying in the heat.

This company is very professional. My request was answered right away and they scheduled a same day repair. Joe came out and found my problem right away and made no fuss about it. He gave me a quick education so if it happens again I will know what to do. The bearings are going out in my variable speed pump and I hope Joe is still with this company so he can switch the motor out when this one dies. If you need a repair I don't think you'll find a more honest and reasonably priced company.

Work Myracles did a great job for me. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, were here the same day, and provided complete service to my pool pump. Joe is a very knowledgeable technician, who didn't dumb things down when explaining them. Once he realized I was not oblivious, he walked through the inner workings of the pump and explained other aspects of the system. Good work! I will call again.

Gary does an amazing job: he does repairs, great weekly service, and he is prompt with answering questions. We are pleased with the thorough job he and his team does. I had a problem with my skimmer suction and Gary came out to take a look at it. He showed up within an hour as promised. It took him no longer than five minutes to figure out what was wrong. He said it was so simple that it wouldn’t be right to charge me the service call fee. That’s what I call honest and reliable service. Love that they Send email pictures of the pool with the time they were there. We were out of town and our other pool guy wasn’t doing his job in the summer (pool was green). We called Greg and told him our situation. He came to the house and took care of it. He has been great. I recommend him and his team.

Gary is always ready to help when needed. The weekly service keeps my pool and spa needs at rest. And for the times I decide to try to venture on my own and reprogram the timers and programs (and usually mess up), Gary is a phone call away to help me reprogram and/or come over to help me reprogram. My wife and I have had Gary and his team take care of our pool since we bought our home just over two years ago and are happy with the service. We recommend him.

Gary G is highly professional, and really has brought professionalism back to a relax profession.He is a very trustworthy person,I have a very busy schedule and he accommodates that excellent. Most of the time I'm not there and I trust him completely around my animals that I have in the backyard, which is a relief . I like the little things that he does with sending out daily reports and holiday greeting cards makes me feel that he really values my business. Hes an all around great guy and is patience and willing to listen to any concerns I may have. Wish I had him from the START!!!!!!
