I was recommended to DAX by 2 of my contractors to purchase some bathroom vanities and mirrors, I went in person and the Belle was amazing! Even though she was busy with a customer she took the time to answer my questions, can’t say the same about who ever is answering the phone calls.
Update: I ended up revisiting DAX in their Aventura location since I happened to be running errands nearby. I arrived almost at closing time and met Ezequiel. He treated me with great customer Service and took the time to help me even though I felt bad it was almost closing time. He showed me different options

Absolutely poor quality products especially the shower panel - we bought one and the switch from hot to cold is not properly functioning - guess what - they dont want to take it back even with the box. They are lying when they are saying that they will take their product back. They will look at every minor little detail just not to take it back. Furthermore, I bought two faucets from them - beautiful design and in chrome - but again the quality of it is absolutely garbage - we connected it and the water that comes from inside the pipe - it's so noisy as if you live in a third world country - i

Very bad quality products. My contractor had to purchase a completely new set of bathroom fixtures due to the incredibly cheap nature of the products. Also, unethical sales tactics. Gabriela promised a 50% discount on all products that we specified for projects and it turned out to be a complete and flat-out lie.

I can't describe how terrible their products are. I begin to explain that their products need all your plumbing to be redone, it does not fit any of the us standard plumbing. They don't have instructions on how to be be done and their stuff can't explain it either. Their prices are over the roof and the change of plumbing is expensive. Is not worth it at all, the quality is cheap. You are better off doing ikea

I can't speak highly enough of Vanessa who helped us pick appliances and fixtures with a total kitchen and bath remodel. She is extremely knowledgable on each detail of every item in their showroom (which has an extensive selection). We must have spent a total of more than 3 hours with her over a short period of time and she helped make our selections seamless and easy. I went back for light fixtures as there are good selection with fair prices. Thank you DAX. How lucky you are to have Vanessa on your staff.

This place is amazing and their products are top of the line! I was very happy with the purchase! But more than that, the staff was incredible! Vanessa! The Venezuelan girl was the sales rep that helped me in the whole process! It was perfect! She’s the best in what she’s doing! I can’t be more happy whit the experience with her!

The product that I purchased as high end, top quality turned out to be highly inadequate! They advertised this sink as commercial grade 16 gauge stainless steel, but didn't even last a day. My husband placed a gallon of milk in it without the bottom grid because I was missing the black part of the grid (which they failed to include) and it got all scratched. The customer service person wasn't able to help and advised that her managers refused to replace their damaged product. She recommended a product to remove the scratches but it did not help at all. This sink was very expensive and nice looking

We do business with DAX all the time. They are one of the most reliable customers we have. They pay there bills early. There staff is super friendly and everyone is helpful. When ever I need any kitchen and bathroom I go to them first. There show room is super nice and there on site ware house has more materials in stock than I have ever seen in a local supplier. There bath tubs and sinks are beautiful.
