Very professional & knowledgeable on my Toyota Tacoma. Had all the computer equipment needed to program the chip key and programmed the alarm as well.

Knowledgeable, honest and FUNNY. Just are a few words I can say about Doug, I called and I must of sounded nervous because I lost my key, I needed a replacement immediately and Doug said come on over. Once he started he was able to finish the job in a timely manner. In the end Doug was adamant with making sure the keys were properly programmed and that I was happy. I would 💯 use Doug at all auto locks..

The keys to my 95 Chevy van were stolen, and to get it moved the ignition switch had to be broken. This man was able to come to me on short notice and was able to have the ignition replaced and door locks renewed in no time. He was very courteous and very friendly and kept me informed about his progress. I will recommend him to anyone who's looking for a capable and trustworthy locksmith.

Doug gave me a quote over the phone to replicate a key fob for a 2007 Maxima. His quote was about 200% cheaper than Suffolk Lock. He came to my house within 15 minutes and started the job from his incredibly well-equipped van. I provided the replacement key fob and it turned out to be defective. Doug took it apart, soldered a bad connection and now it works like a charm. He did not charge me extra to repair the key fob that I provided. First Class service!
