Services
The redevelopment of the Truscott Place in Aspen, Colorado involves the addition of approximately 100 units and remodel of 98 existing units. Two areas used for open space will be used to build the new units while an existing building containing 50 studio units will be restructured to include 90 units of mixed sizes.
The urban infill concept for Main Street Plaza is to create a pedestrian linkage between a commercial component that engages Silt's Main Street to the south and a 100% residential component that addresses Home Avenue to the north. The pedestrian pathway links two public plaza spaces around which the proposed buildings are sited.
