Booked a quote visit with Dustin from Peak Architecture on the 17th for the 23rd. Not only did he not show but he also had the audacity to be extremely rude with me on the phone when I asked him what happened. He said I (the client) did not send him an invite and he was double booked so "it is what it is". He had an extremely rude attitude with me when it was completely his fault that he was a no-show. Would not recommend working with this company based off of my experience. Very shocked that someone would be so unprofessional.

It was a delight working with Dustin on our new home. His innovative and creative designs has made our house both livable and attractive. His experience with sustainable materials made our house minimally impactful to the environment also. We would use Dustin again on our next home.
