Skeptically, we called several "24/7" plumbing companies after 11pm to get help with a broken shower diverter. Waiting til the morning wasn't really an option. Only two responded at all. So much for 24/7. 24 HOURS PLUMBING responded quickly, asked for any pictures of the problem and said they could send a plumber. Yes, it was expensive - but it was after midnight when he arrived. Yes, they took my credit card number upfront, but didn't bill me until the work was finished. Yes, the problem was fixed and we could shower in the morning and get on with our day as if nothing had

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.
We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.
When we disputed the charge, two things happened:
1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, "call back another day" (what they say every time I call)
2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute

This company is a scam. They tell me they can't have a plumber to come out for two hours. So I said okay, I'll wait. Then we fix the problem on our own, I call this company less than 30 seconds later to cancel the service call and they say they're charging our card. Thankfully our credit card company blocked their fraud. They were extremely rude, lied to us and I would not use them under any circumstances.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed and clean up after job was properly done . Rate was reasonable as well , definitely a service to refer in time of need .thanks
