Dilmak came out promptly and repaired the thermocouple. The technician, James and his helper, were very professional and courteous. The price they charged was very reasonable also. I will be happy to recommend them and use them in the future.

OMG!! A/C started acting up on a Saturday morning. Contacted this company on their website and they were here in 1.5 hours. Oscar worked on our inside and outside unit for 4+ hours cleaning and servicing it until we were back in business. We decided to sign up for their maintenance service for a yearly fee, because of the quick response time and Oscar's attention to detail. Probably paid a higher rate, but we appreciated the timely and friendly service.

I have to say. This is one of the best cooling repair companies I've ever worked with. They are Excellent!! Caring, reasonable, ethical, friendly, very professional, the best services in San Antonio. We've had them come out at least 5 times over the years, and they always go above and beyond to get whatever problem we have solved. I am so pleased and thankful to have Dilmak as our go to service. I won't call anyone else for A/C repairs for my home. Thank you Dilmak for a job always well done.

I wasn't going to re-up my service contract with Dilmak and just use them as I needed them. Then they dispatched James, a technician from Dilmark to provide maintenance for my HVAC system. He has serviced my HVAV twice now and has gone the extra mile. Extra attention to detail. Real professional and courteous. On my next service contract, I'll ask for James.

When I couldn’t find anyone to help us out after hours to fix our AC, Dilmak responded quickly! Trevor was very professional and explained and showed us everything that was going on with our unit! Found them online through a search and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful. We had our ducts cleaned and UV light/allergen cleaners installed and the difference in allergy symptoms was amazing! They have been the most communicative service we have ever worked with and everyone that has come to work at our home as been great. We have already signed up for the annual maintenance plan!
