We waterproof fountains, walking decks, foundations, underground rooms, shower stalls, below concrete slab, and more. In construction, waterproofing a building or structure consists of membranes and coatings to protect contents and structural integrity. This customer of ours had a special underground vault built to house a priceless art collection, therefore we applied Bituthane to the outer walls.
We provide and install all types of copper gutters, as well as prepainted seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts and decorative copper rain chains. Dority Roofing usually installs gutters as part of a repair or reroof. If your project is gutters only, give us a call so that we may refer you to a specialist in that area.
Attic ventilation can be accomplished through ridge vents that let air flow freely. If you are getting a lot of heat buildup and your roof wasn't well vented initially, you can install a solar powered fan. A typical roof-mounted solar attic fan will be effective in removing excessive heat from the attic.

Dority replaced our roof and added solar. The roof work was done well as was the solar installation. Buyers should do a careful analysis of the benefits of different systems that carry different costs / benefits. In hindsight, we should have chosen a more expensive system with a supplier that would be around for the life of the system

Had leaks from 2 parts of our roof in Pebble Beach last weekend. Contacted Dority Roofing and Kasey arrived on time as promised. Assessed our problem as well as taking pictures to show us where the problem was. Later the same day he provided estimates for the repairs which we then okayed. Truck showed up the following morning and repairs completed in two days. We are very pleased with the speed and professionalism of Kasey and all his workers.

We had an old tar and gravel roof removed, and replaced with a comp roof.
They came out promptly after we contacted them to make an estimate.
The provided lots of helpful advice while we were in the planning phase, including giving us a very honest assessment of our home's options for solar.
The work was done quickly, efficiently, and well. Crew worked together nicely, and was very polite to our family while the work was being done. Cleaned up nicely too.
They made the re-roofing process as painless as possible.
HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

I am highly impressed with Dority Roofing. We do not make decisions easily and Kasey was very impressive with his knowledge and we felt comfortable with him and knew he would be easy to work with. He was not the lowest bid, but we felt he was the right person to do the job right.
He was helpful in making sure we had a lot of houses to look at to get an idea of how our new roof would look. We even changed the type of roofing shingle just a day before the crew was to begin, and Kasey went out of his way to change the order.

We own a lovely cottage in the heart of Carmel and have spent the last year renovating it. Along the way, we have worked with the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to contractors. The final piece of the jigsaw was to fit a replacement roof. Carmel City are pretty set in their attitudes towards what materials constitute an acceptable roof that 'fits' the locale. As such, the old wood shakes roof we had inherited had to be replaced with another of the same material.

I am going to go out on a ledge here (pun intended) and state that no one likes dealing with roofing or skylight problems. We had a leaky skylight above our bed and it was up to me to deal with it. I looked on Yelp, as I do for most things, and I called Dority Roofing and left a message to call me back. I got a call back from the owner, Kasey Dority and he came out at the scheduled time to look at the problem. He was prompt, knowledgeable, assuring.
