My critter guard fell off due to high winds we had a week or so ago. I reached out to Solar Bill Review and before I knew it I received a call from Melody stating she was working on it. We wanted to get solar this year (2021) for a few reasons: the federal tax credit possibly dropping in the coming years, PG&E rolling out NEM 3.0 next year, increase our house value, newborn baby and increasing power usage, and possibly getting an electric vehicle. Our sales associate was Jon Landsman. He made our solar experience absolutely great. I thought the customer service was the best part. Jon helped us through the process and was there to assist whenever we needed. Very responsive throughout the process. We were referred to Jon Landsman by my brother-in-law who had their system installed through him. He's been great. He walked me through all the details of the costs/benefits prior to signing the contract. The Sunpower installer, Power On solar did a professional job with the install. About two months after the install, Jon reached out and reviewed via Zoom how to interpret the PG&E bill and answer any questions about our system. I highly recommend him if you are thinking about installing a solar system.

During August of 2019 we decided to invest in solar, and after online searches decided on SunPower panels. Our first contact was with Jon Landsman who visited our home and subsequently guided us through the process. Jon is both personable and professional. My interaction was brief and unfortunate. I've been looking for solar quotes to have an off the grid system installed. They were the first to tell me it can't be done. And while I may not have liked to hear that, what was unfortunate is I had a meeting scheduled and I just got a short email saying I can't help you, canceling our meeting, peace out. They didn't leave space for questions or further explanations or even additional options. That was it, and transaction closed just like that.

Bill is excellent professional and never pushed us for buying. He made himself available for any questions we have had and helped us understand how the entire solar energy is helpful for our household. Bill Gurgol is a very nice guy. His very informative and knows his stuff. I heard about Bill from my brother in law. He got solar done from him couple years back and he had no regrets. I called Bill, we sat down he explained me about the process how it works. I told him I need to get my roof done first then do solar. He recommended me to couple of roofers. Had them come out.
