If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Told them my address was in Wilmer. Was told they would arrive between 8-10 and by 10 am next morning nothing. All that just to have the owner call me and tell me they don’t service Wilmer. Maybe they should train their employees better to know what areas they do service. He wanted to charge me an extra $75 to come out and do my service because they made a mistake. Don’t be fooled….35 5 star reviews for a company that runs like is not accurate. They must have a lot of family

I usually don't do reviews but I wanted to share my recent experiences with this company. Scott is the most thoughtful young man. He's the owner of the company and he came out personally to see to all my needs. I recently bought a house that had quite a few issues with the drains and water heater. No matter the time of the day or night, he would answer my calls. There was a couple of times I inconvenienced him I'm sure, but he came straight away and took care of me. He's a straight up person and actually does care about people and not a dollar sign. He will be my personal plumber from now on.
