Get this! 10 minutes later, I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!

The first person who came out had some difficulty getting the job done and they sent out another person who took care of our problem very professional and through. They called the next day to follow up on their work and I was very pleased that they satisfied us and we would highly recommend them if you want the problem resolved fast and professional. We will always use them for other needs and advice.

Don’t use the online appointment tool on the weekend! No one will answer! That should me

To follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!! Thanks Rapid Rooter!

During the Memorial Day Weekend, we found that our hot water heater was leaking. NICKOLAS installed a new 50 gallon Bradford. Upon doing so, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND his scope of duties. The first one was damaged, therefore he promptly went to get a new one. He installed ALL NEW straps, hoses, drip pan, etc.
We previously had a negative experience with Rapid Rooter involving the KITEC, but NICKOLAS has renewed our faith.

We called Rapid Rooter because the water was running in our toilet. The guy came, looked at the toilet for 15 minutes, said "I don't know what the problem is" and said he had never seen anything like it before, then charged us $65. These people boast 25 years of experience and "getting the job done right the first time is our mission." Horrible experience.

So it's Sunday, so what could possibly go wrong!
Bath tub and both toilets suddenly not draining properly. Neighbor suggested rapid router, called and within the hour the truck was here and Timothy quickly and professionally determines our situation. Was it fourteen tree roots entangled in our pipes? No, simply a toilet in one bathroom that is quite possibly the same age as our home, built in 1964.
Certainly recommend Rapid Rooter on all levels. Price for a weekend call was more than reasonable and now we have a plumber we would use in the future. May have to request Timothy as he was awesome

Rapid Rooter is the best. Nick was here today to replace a faucet and repair another one. A few months back he replaced 3 faucets in my guest house and I just have to say that Nick is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. The cost was very reasonable.

I live in an apartment complex to start off.. but when they came in to snake out my sink and shower they threw all of my stuff I had under the sink all over the ground and didn't put anything back and my things were spilt all over the ground.. ALSO they left a disgusting mess of dirt all over my shower.. they didn't even have the courtesy to hose down the shower.. very disappointed in the service I got, because my sink is also still clogged..

I've used them for years. Always straight shooters. Had a horribly blocked line fixed by Tony this week, who was friendly, prompt, and reasonable, and skilled/knowledgeable.. A pretty difficult rooting for a 100% blocked pipe that circled the house. Blockage was 75 feet in.
In the past I had a main drainage line that they could not fix. The owner of the company came back out an ran it himself with some sort of special blade. As it turned out HE could not fix it either, because the city had run a new sewer line and not hooked my house up.

My management let them in my apartment for a service on my sink...I told management that they could enter the apartment.. Not rapid rooter.. When I got home from work $260.00 dollars was missing...they are thieves.. Don't trust them... And I will never let anyone in my place unless I'm there!!! They don't deserve the star above!!

Crossed this place off my contact list. They charged me $90 for a "service" call, and was told they couldn't work on a commercial water heater that big when they got here. What kind of water heater did they expect to find when going on a "service" call to a business?! Hopefully, this review can save someone else $90. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Very unimpressed with this business. We still have a leak in our bathroom. This was after they charged us $150 to fix a shower leak, which they claimed was the cause of the problem. Lousy follow-up care after we had called to complain and spoke with office lady, who downright lied to us. Never again! Don't use these plumbers!
