If your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first 5 years, we will install a complete and new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace. If your system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will be there within 24 hours or we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

Elite comfort came out and replaced my a/c, heating system, and duct work. They were were all amazing from the staff in the office to the crew that came out. Elite Comfort always gets things up and running for us! It was time for our semi-annual tune up and it just so happened we were also having an issue with our downstairs heater. MC and Daniel came out and got everything checked out and had it working beautifully in no time at all. They were very professional and super helpful. MC even took the time to explain everything they were doing so I would understand what was being checked and why. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to go with long term. They will always be your go to in the future!

Not the best experience with this company. The initial service charge is $89, and the understanding was that they would perform an inspection and then let me know repair options. The first communication I received was two bills via email, one for $376 to change out a single component (a capacitor) and another for $409 which included a year worth of service. The work had actually already been done. Also, there was no guarantee that this replacement was the only thing wrong with the system.

This company is unbelievably deceptive. We spent almost 400.00 to add 2 pounds of freon to one of our units. It cooled for about a week. Called them back out, they waived the service fee but we were informed that we needed at least 2 pounds of freon at 150.00 per pound. When I asked what about the last 2 that were supposedly put in, the technician said we were under the illusion that those two pounds were going to work. We must have a leak....really? Why not inspect the unit and give us an option? Who would waste 400.00 at this time on an illusion??? Horrible untrustworthy company!!!!

I initially reached out to Elite Comfort Home and Commercial Services because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit on my furnace. I called on Friday 11/1/19 and they didn't have any same day appointments so they came out the following day, Saturday 11/2/19. First of all, they never called before coming out on Saturday and then the technician put the wrong address into his GPS and couldn't find us even though out house is less than a mile from their office. After a lot of going back and forth, he finally arrived, looked at the furnace, and said that it needed a new pressure switch

Well all I can say is the real Chris came out and fixed our AC this morning, when I got up this morning about 5 AM my AC wasn't working, I waited till six and called the office elite the girl answered the phone and by 11:20am my AC is working again needed some little part. fair and reasonable have been using this company since 2013

To the ease of scheduling an appointment that actually worked around my schedule, to the updates regarding my appointment, to the actual service, everything was excellent. I had an experienced technician come to my home to assess my HVAC, and address issues with me in layman's terms. Great service and wonderful communication from all areas of this company. Lonnie is a life-saver! We have 2 dogs and the AC went out; since I called so late in the day I feared I would have to take time off to wait for the repair the next day .... but true to his word Lonnie arrived at 8pm and fixed it within the hour. Just for you all to know, I'm in the market for new ACs. My units are from 1996, so it's time.
I'm posting this so the rest of you don't potentially get robbed.
Anyhow, I went on Nextdoor to see AC recommendations. I solely went with the recommendations rather than open the phone book to start looking. After my experience, I feel some of you that recommended a certain company ARE GETTING ROBBED BLIND.
What's so sad is some of you would go with the first company rather than tell them you have many estimates.

I've had two HVAC systems fixed by these guys in 2 different houses. They really know their stuff. They give you options if it's something big (you could do 1 thing to keep it going for a while or do another thing to fix the problem long term). I appreciate that. I thought I would need a whole new furnace now, but he cleaned it and checked it over and said it's older but in pretty good shape.
I've also had some plumbing work done...they're very courteous and show up on time. Their office staff is always very nice and they're apparently available 24/7 for emergencies

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Elite Comfort. We had them out a few years ago to repair our heater and they quickly diagnosed the issue, found a replacement part, and repaired the heater. Their rates were incredibly reasonable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

So I get a flier in the mail from the good guys at Elite Comfort. Not only do they provide full AC service, they now offer plumbing and electrical!
Just in time for winter and I need to have a toilet repaired and have my AC unit maintenanced for the upcoming year.
Made my appointment with Jessica, who was very friendly, and even called back when she promised. I was thankful that they even work late into the evening and were flexible with my schedule.
The next day Jarod shows up 10 minutes early at and fixes my plumbing issue in under 20 mins. Simple, fast, and friendly service!
