Kenny helped me locate and replace my pool heater after the epic Texas freeze last winter. He found one of the last Hayward heaters in the Harris County area and installed it quickly. He was upfront and honest. He very easily could've priced gouged given the situation (no heaters to be found... anywhere). I'm very thankful to have been referred to him as he got my pool squared away while my neighbors are still waiting for a replacement heater 4-5 months later.
I just hit him up again today regarding my booster pump. Unfortunately, I'm up against the same situation where there's no supply available

This is a follow-up to my review about 2-years ago. As you can see from my rating, I'm still very pleased. Blake runs an excellent pool service business. In the three years we have used Freedom Pool Service we've had three or four pool techs. They have all been consistently courteous, professional, and thorough in their work. I don't know how Blake does it but he always manages to hire excellent employees and he is always reachable when I have a reason to communicate with him personally.

We came back from a trip and our pool had a mechanical breakdown and was green. We called Freedom Pool Service and Blake quickly found out what was going on. They cleaned it and fixed the problem. We were so impressed with the work and their technicians that we decided to have them do our weekly pool maintenance. They have made my husbands life so much easier. Thank you Freedom Pool Service.

Just contacted freedom to start a new service. Past pool service was a disaster. Freedom showed up the first day and was pleasant and informative. However, the next time a different tech came. He said we needed a new pump. So we scheduled it. They were a no show! 2 days later we called left a message with Blake and no one called us back. We called again the next day (our pool was getting cloudy). Finally we received a text. Blake said he was on Vacation. But he would send a tech that afternoon. Again a no show! So we texted him and he replied that the tech had a bad reaction to wasp bites.

We have been customers of Blake & Freedom Pool Service for several years. We have been TOTALLY pleased with the service and results show in our pool! It used to get algae and we couldn't keep up with it. Blake & his team keep our pool sparkling! Plus they keep all our equipment in tip top shape! Call them!

Freedom Pool Service has been a top notch service provider for all of our needs. Blake, the owner, and all the service technicians are always helpful, courteous and extremely professional. Our weekly service was always completed on time and our pool never was less than its best.
Our dogs have never been an issue, and every gate has always been shut during and after the service. They clearly respect our property and pets as much as we do.
