We had been using the same pool service for years and had become disappointed that the service wasn't matching the price. Plus, we had noticed that our pool just wasn't as clean or clear as it had previously been.
So, after doing some searching and looking at various reviews, we reached out to Noah at Backyard Springs Pool Services. From the moment we reached out to him, we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge on pools. He came out and gave us a great assessment of what we needed to have done to our pool. There was also some maintenance work that needed to be done that

Recently I had Backyard springs perform a much needed equipment upgrade on my pool including pumps, lights and control automation. I had 4 bids for the work before choosing Backyard Springs. Their bid was very competitive and nicely presented with line item details.
Noah arrived to do the work on the day promised and completed the updates in a single day. He came back twice within the week for a couple of follow up items and training on the new equipment.
Overall I am very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service.! The best pool company I've had in many years. Noah cares about his customers and uses top chemicals. My pool has stayed blue everyday that I have used him.

For over a month my pool got green and the pump did not pull anymore! Finally I called Hayward for help, but they could only come by in January. The lady offered to call somebody because I was so upset.
That somebody was Noah! He would not give up for hours and finally dislodged 4 bubbles from my Sweetgum Trees from the pool line. Within hours my pool was beautiful again!
