We are extremely happy with Patton Pools. The team is professional and thorough. Our previous pool company told us that we needed to hire another company to find an underground pool leak. We called Patton Pools for a second opinion, and the team was able to fix the problem by making a few adjustments to the water level, thankfully, there was no leak. Patton Pools saved us a lot of money and stress.

I called 5 different pool places to get estimates on a new pool heater and an acid wash. The reason I chose Patten is that Seth came out and diagnosed a blockage in the pipes when he came to give the estimate. I had asked all 5 companies to troubleshoot the blockage, but Seth is the only one who figured it out. He fixed the problem within 30 mins for less than $200. Every time I have contacted Patten Pools, they have responded promptly and seem concerned about my issues. I recently had a booster pump replaced and they did a great job, it is so quiet and works better than ever. I work during the day and like the fact that you don't have to be there when they come. Amazing experience with Patten Pools! Had many bids and Bill was most down to earth and reasonably priced! They have a showroom where we chose our waterline tile that took months to find! Good crew and great tile work. Full pool replastered with Quartzscape, waterline tile and coping! It looks gorgeous! Was so impressed with the work and attention we've even switched over to their monthly service. Highly recommended!

I have had my pool resurfaced almost two years ago by Patten. Since the initial job we have had nothing but issues with the pebble finish. Between numerous draining of the entire pool and multiple times waiting to have cracks in the stairs repaired they still cannot seem to get it right and are not communicating with me in a professional manner. Good money was spent with this company and our trust in them has been broken. We have used them as the pool maintenance company since the repairs were done yet the issues go unreported by their personnel. It may be a third party who applied the surface

Without going into too much detail suffice to say this company is cheaper than several of the other bids we received for replaster last Summer. I guess you get what you pay for. The work was kind of sloppy and I had to call them back a couple times to make things right. Although they came back, our pool still shows signs of scaling. I was told it's because my chemicals were all out of whack after the work was "completed". I'm a new pool owner and don't recommend Patten if you're looking for a company that will help educate you and answer your questions in layman

I got "ticked" Bill..... when your dishonest crew continued to charge me for work they did not do. You may like to dismiss this as simple "sabotage", but I'd like to assure the public that the service that your company claims to have provided me (cleaning pools), was POOR at best. I did not intend to get into a tennis match with you but i will continue to defend my point. You may not like negative reviews and that's understandable, so I suggest you and your company begin to earn a better reputation by actually doing the work you claim you do.

We DO NOT recommend Patten Pools or his new owner, Bill England. We hired them to replaster and fix our pool shortly after we bought our house in Grogan's Mill. I forwarded Bill the pool inspection report, and he emailed us a proposal stating what needed to be done, the job duration (7-10 days), and the cost ($6,348). We paid a 1/3 deposit. We told him we had never owned a pool before, and that we were not living in the house yet and would move to The Woodlands (from the East Coast) mid- to end-June.

Patten Pool Repair is the first pool company we found after moving to the woodlands in 2006, and have remained our go-to pool company ever since.
The owner, Bill England, has always been so kind, very helpful, and has solved any problems we have had very quickly.

I was initially impressed by Patten. They are knowledgable and timely with their service calls. The last one did me in though.
I had their tech (Jake) out to repair a leak. He said he fixed it, gave an invoice, asked me to call him if it continues to leak. All good so far, right?
It started to leak at the same spot the next day. I had them back out again. In the middle of the visit, I go out to talk with them to find out what's up. He said he must of tightened something too tightly and caused a seal to break, and now it needs to be replaced. Not my fault, right? No, it's my
