Mark is a genius and he went above and beyond to help us get our Hayward Omnilogic pool controller up and running! We moved to Kershaw County a couple months ago and none of the pool companies in the area had a clue how to approach the control panel on the pool at our new home. Although Clearwater didn't actually do this repair for me (they have worked for me in the past), I wanted to say how pleased I was with the response I received. I called on a Thursday morning to say that I had an urgent pool repair (replace pump seal) and called 15 different companies. Angie, with Clearwater was very quick to respond to my request. She was knowledgeable and friendly when she answered the phone. She was honest and said she wasn't sure they could get to it this week but would check. I sent her pictures of my equipment and she said she would do her best. The service technician called

Anyone with a pool knows, it's hard to find a dependable company that can tackle the technical stuff when it goes wrong with your pool. The Clearwater folks, Danny, Mark, Keith, they are the ONLY pool service company in our area that helped us fix 2 issues we've had with our spa and our lights. Fixes we couldn't even get Hayward to help us address since the build was complete on our pool 4 years ago!!! They are no frills and communication was a bit spotty (which is the only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars), but they stand by their work, no BS and get the job done. I'm so grateful to have found trusted

Clear Water put in an absolutely beautiful pool with a spill over hot tub for me. They were true to their word on the time-frame and showed up everyday. They did the repair, cleaned the pool and kept me informed of what they were doing. I will continue to use them!! My pool has looked beautiful since I started using Clearwater!! These people only know how to skim your pool. They are NOT a pool cleaning service! I had problems with pressure and pool suction was not moving. I had to diagnose the problem myself. When the Clearwater pool SKIMMER arrived, I asked if she could clean my pool filter, she never done it before! I used their service a full year and NONE of them ever cleaned out my filter. IT WAS A MESS!! Don’t use this company!

I hired clearwater to install a NG Pool Heater and a 1HP Hayward Superpump motor. They were supposed to come out on a Tuesday and didn't show. I was assured they would come out the next day and they didn't show again. They finally came out Thursday at 12:30 and worked until 4:30 at which time they said they needed to leave because they were tired. It literally looked like they just dropped our pool heater as you can see in the picture. My wife was home with our kids while they were working.
