David was the best AC professional we have ever worked with. He helped us problem solve an issue that no other AC company was able to figure out. He was super responsive, timely and followed up frequently. He gave us several options at different price points and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I will call Coastal Cooling first for any other heating or cooling issues we have in the future.

David responded to an online service request at 6:00 P.M. and arrived at my house at 10:00 A.M. the next morning. I still have not received a call back from the other HVAC company that installed my system 3 years ago which is a problem with a broken AC in July in Florida. Coastal Cooling was professional, prompt, and fair and I look forward to working with them in the future!

Our 20 year old system is in need of replacement, and David was able to get us back up and running while we put together options for replacing the old & tired unit.

We called David to come service our very old A/C thinking that it may be a thermostat issue. We knew eventually we would have to replace but tried babying it and David Knew that. He worked on it for a while to see what the issue was (even in the Rain) Finally there was no hope for the A/C unit it had reached it's life expectances. In a weeks time he ordered and replaced it. Thank you so much David !!!!! Very GREAT service.

David was great showed up on time and made sure the dampers were closing 100% and all the duct work was repaired. David went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and it wasn’t just a well it’s good enough repair. Thanks for doing the job another company wouldn’t.
