My toilet was leaking around the base. They came out promptly and replaced the seal and bolts. A few days later I noticed it was leaking again so I called and they promptly scheduled the service technician to come back, however I was out Christmas grocery shopping and missed the appointment. I called again this passed Monday and they scheduled the technician to come out on Tuesday between 2 and 4--nobody showed up and there was no call to explain why. Haven't heard from them since. High price $300+.

I had a scheduled service for a quote on air duct cleaning, it was scheduled with sufficient time and I have referred them to many clients and I know 7 actually went with them. Now I get a call that they can't make an appointment cause only 1 person in the company can do a quote. Some of us have to work during the pandemic and need to make arrangements for services just like this when you maintain the infrastructure of the Internet. Its not always easy just to take time off when everyone wants internet at home / office and on your cell. A basic appointment for Vent Cleaning can't even be done.

They had a good rate on Google. I actually considered tipping them after they snaked my clog.
But then they put a camera down my drain (I didn't ask them to). I initially thought, "Wow, how nice of them! All for less than $100!" But when they showed me some buildup in my pipes, they started upselling me on a minijet and hydrojet for $400 to $1000.
I went with the minijet, and I'm a bit suspicious that they reduced the PSI on the jet. The technician said it'd have 1000-1500 psi, but when I looked at the gauge, it was hovering between 900-1000

Our garage was flooded with water pouring out of the soft water system drain pipe's air gap. Nick came and saved us. It was such a pleasant experience to have a friendly, super polite, informative person working so hard to resolve the problem I had. Nick explained what might have caused the blockage and answered my questions in detail. Yes, he did a great job! If I have any plumbing issues in the future, Nick will be the one to call. Ever came out, quickly assessed the situation and gave me excellent advice on how to correct...no charge for the house call. We had a drain that was leaking from our wash room and they were able to dispatch a team out quick. Jonathan and Nick showed up to the house and went right to work. Friendly, polite, and hard working, the guys handled business. Fast and efficient with a wealth of knowledge, these two were the dynamic duo in the plumbing world. I am thankful for their help to get my house back in order. I will call them again if I have any other issues with my plumbing.

Referred by a friend, called for minor sink drain clog on 8/5/21 4pm, they were here next day by 8/6 by 1pm - they called early to tell me they can come BEFORE the original time frame window... and they even came EARLY when I was quoted 45 mins... Christian was polite, & respectful. Talk to me about what I could do with the drain that needed to be unplugged. Gave me a couple alternatives. We used a snake to grind through the grout that a previous contractor put down the drain. It wasn't easy. Difficult and time consuming but it worked. We discussed
putting in new plumbing in the near future because the grout that was attached to the sides of the drain pipe would eventually break off and clog the drain up again. It would be a matter of when that would happen. Right now I can take more than a 3 minute

The first company we called came out spend 3 days and did nothing, the problem with a kitchen drain was too complicated for them . So we called Cole’s instead. Christian and Nick his helper came out promptly and did amazing job. They were very professional, payed attention to every detail. They asked their manager for advice and he came with camera to investigate sewer line. They found a problem and resolved it. He also gave us some advice on how to keep the drain working well in the future. Thank you very much for your help.

We had Cole Services do some work at our house. The plumbers doing the work were ok. The prices were high. We hired another plumber to fix the new water heater Cole installed. The salesperson named Ever tried to hit on my wife more than once. He loved her blue eyes. What??? Since when do plumbing customers constitute dating pick-up spots for married men? My wife and I were dumbfounded. We will obviously NEVER use or recommend Cole to anyone.

I did not receive a $344 invoice that included $275 for a purported and unnecessary asbestos test. I have instructed my bank to pay only the charge for coming to inspect the plumbing problem. Asbestos was no longer legal to use in buildings in 1977. My condo was built 7 years later.
With another plumber, I paid a total of $425 for both the repair of pipe and drywall, rather than any of the four options (over $1,000 to over $2,000) Cole recommended.
They have many 5* reviews, but wearing masks and gloves and arriving on time does not justify gauging and deceit.

They showed up all suited up ready to work. They take pride in the work they do but left a big mess in the street. Great service but I feel they tried to a sneak in added cost without my approval. I received three different prices just to start then it went sky high from there. Settled on half the bill. Watch what you sign and listen to what they say.

The company was very professional from the 1st contact on. Christian came out first to assess the situation and due to needing parts and an extra set of hands came back the following day with Moises. Cole's has been servicing our heating system maintenance since they installed it in 2011 and we couldn't be happier. They have provided annual checkups to ensure the system is operating properly. Their service techs are always prompt, friendly and informative. Kassidy has been our tech for the last two years and has done a great job. On his most recent visit, he discovered a major malfunction that had rendered our heating system inoperable. He clearly explained our options and when it appeared it might take a few days to get the needed part, Coles sent over a space heater to see me through

Ya know, plumbers are sorta like lawyers- hate em till ya need em. During an ill-fated walk alongside my pool I landed in the drink killing my phone (alcohol may have been involved) and with it all my service contacts. Fast forward to the present and my sewer main is backing up. I call an outlet- "franchise plumbers" who proceed to try and fleece a $4000 "fix" outta me. Comon man! I'm from Philly! Take ur con to some other stooge. I call Cole and a nice cat named Kyle dispatched the problem w speed and professionalism and at a great rate. So they're now in my phone

Ryan from Cole was promptly at our house to clear a clogged drain. Further inspection showed we needed some sewer relining and repiping work. The sewer line work was rapidly done in less than 2 days using very high tech methods. While it was expensive we believe it is good for many years. They are also replacing our 2 toilets as part of their services. One more to do on Monday. We hope they will send Ryan again.

I was in need to have our air conditioner serviced on a home we purchased 2 years ago. We had no knowledge when the last time the unit was serviced by the previous owner.

My dad paid $7500 for a tankless water heater he didn't need. And he paid in cash up front because he's a trusting man.
But he's also a 95 year old man on a fixed income and they took advantage of him.
Did they do extra work before? Sure. But did they have to? Water heater was still working by their own admission. As far as I know, they did not give my father a more practical, less expensive alternative.

This review is based on plumbing only. Cole Services had done some work for me previously for snaking my yard drains. They did a great job last time so I wanted to give them a call this time around. I had a similar issue where I was unable to drain my Jacuzzi or my waterfall from different yard drains. I called and made an appointment. They showed up on-time as scheduled.
Erick greeted me and I showed him the yard drain that needed to be cleared. He started snaking the drain and was pulled roots out with the snake. We tried to run water through the hose in the drain and it kept backing
